East Midlands League
Loughborough Foxes Vixens booked their place in the League Cup Final and a meeting with Mansfield Town, thanks to a 4-0 semi final victory against Anstey Nomads on Sunday. Milly Wortley, Kelley Francis and Lucy Mutch all scored as the Vixens raced into a three-goal lead in the first half, with Emily McMaster rounding off the scoring after the break.
Mansfield Town were unable to take a chance to move into third place in the Premier Division when they were held to a 1-1 draw by Gainsborough Trinity. Natalie Thomas gave Gainsborough a first half lead, with Katie Platts ensuring that Mansfield picked up a share of the spoils.
Grimsby Town Academy are only one match away from completing a perfect season in Division One North, notching up win number fifteen when beating Lincoln Utd Development 5-1. Beth Wharton led the scoring with a hat-trick and she was joined on the scoresheet by Abbie-May Emslie and Milly North. In the other game, the mid-table clash between Belper Town and Notts County Development finished in a goalless draw.
The leadership changed hands once again in Division One Central, Nottingham Trent University going back to the top after scoring seven times without reply past Melbourne Dynamo. Mia Bradley had a superb day in front of goal as she scored six times and Elizabeth Bedford weighed in with the other. Heidi Elliott, Hannah Green and Alice Hayes were all on target as Asfordby Amateurs won 3-0 at Sherwood FC Women to go up to third. Basford Utd meanwhile ran out 4-0 victors away to West Bridgford Colts, courtesy of a Charlotte Duthie-Thompson brace, Ava Hardeman and Anya Wall.
Newport Pagnell Town completed their fixtures with a 5-2 victory over Dunton & Broughton Utd and they must now wait to see if their points tally will be overhauled. Chloe Martin, Francesca Partridge and Jasmine Spence were all on target for Newport Pagnell who can only be surpassed by New Bradwell St Peter; they need to win all of their last four matches after keeping their hopes alive with a 4-0 success at River City in which Sapphire Rohan (2), Rachael St John-Mosse and Sam Jones all scored. Brackley Town Juniors meanwhile boosted their hopes of climbing out of the bottom two by beating Starground Cardea Sports 2-1, Kiera Isaac and Ruby Thompson netting their goals.
Eastern Region League
Stevenage FC Women clinched the league title and a return to the FA Women's National League when they defeated Hutton 3-1. Gemma Croucher scored twice and Hannah Savage the other to put Stevenage beyond the reach of their rivals. Atletico London currently head the race for runners-up and boosted their hopes by beating Royston Town 3-2, courtesy of a Brooke Haylock hat-trick. Wroxham stay level on points in third, Rebecca Stephenson netting both goals in their 2-0 success away to Bowers & Pitsea. Enfield Town are destined to finish in the bottom two but picked up a point from a goalless draw with St Albans City.
After having secured the Division One North title, the next challenge for Histon is to complete the season with a 100% record and they are still on course after winning 1-0 at Colney Heath with a goal from Evie Nicholls. Real Bedford Res can still finish in second, they ran out 3-0 victors at Fulbourn Institute Bluebirds thanks to Maya Chowdhoury (2) and Lauren Hawkins. Amy Leach bagged a brace as Dunstable Town Lionesses won 2-0 against Mulbarton Wanderers and Hitchin Belles netted eight times without reply past Cambridge City, Jordan Rockall and Marsha Glass each hitting hat-tricks along with Holly Wilks and Danielle Carty. Biggleswade Utd boosted their survival chances by beating Thetford Town 2-0 with goals from Katie White and Naomi Wilkinson.
Hashtag Utd Res have won the Division One South title, picking up the result they needed when beating Brentwood Town 5-1. Chelsie Fleming and Sienna Sherman both scored twice for the Tags and Eewelina Przybylek was also on target. Chelmsford City will have to settle for second place despite winning 3-0 away tp Colchester Utd with strikes from Kaci Crook, Rebecca Hollocks and Helen Alder. Toby FC Women meanwhile won 2-0 against Wormley Rovers thanks to Georgia Fraser and Aislyn Kelly.
London & South East League
Saltdean Utd had a great day on Sunday without actually kicking a ball, as their two main title rivals faced each other. Brentford go back to the top of the table but they they or Dartford would have been satisfield with the resulting 2-2 draw. Rachel Dugdale and Maddie Phillips were on target for Brentford whilst the Darts, who are six points off the pace in third, netted through Abbey Davies and Elizabeth Adams. Aylesford were 1-0 winners over Barking, courtesy of a Becky Burnham goal, whilst Ciara Watling and Liva Helt were on target for Millwall Lionesses in their 2-2 draw with Sutton Utd, whose replies came from Amelia Cutler and Beth Humphrey.
With Division One North leaders Hammersmith on Cup duty, Bromley took the chance to narrow the gap on them to four points when scoring seven without reply past Hackney, Beth Hull hiting a hat-trick and the others coming from Phoebe Murton, Beau Parker, Charlotte Lee and Melanie Espinosa. Katy Hanscomb (2) and Holly Reid were on target for third placed Actonians Ladies Res in their 3-1 success at Soccer Elite Football Academy and Camden Town defeated Ashford Utd 2-0 thanks to a double from Shanice Etherington.
In Division One South, Montpelier Villa made a huge stride towards safety with a 1-0 win away to Steyning Town Community. In the other game, Leah Hume and Molly Kemp scored the goals for Bexhill Utd as they shared a 2-2 draw with Hastings Utd, whose markswomen were Amy Critchfield and Ella Roper.
Hammersmith booked their place in the League Trophy Final with an impressive 2-0 semi final victory against Dorking Wanderers. Isobel Douglas and Selin Buyukgiray were both on target for Hammersmith, whose opponents in the Final will be Eastbourne Borough.
North East League
A 2-0 victory away to Ponteland Utd has kept Bradford City on course for the title and eight points clear at the top of the table. Ella Martin and Monika Stube scored the goals for City whilst second placed Thornaby Women won again, 4-1 against Brunsmeer Athletic to keep up the chase. Sophie Curle led the scoring with a hat-trick and Olivia Palmer was also on target. Spennymoor Town hold on to third despite going down to a 1-0 defeat at Ossett Utd, Elizabeth Ashcroft scoring the only goal of the game, whilst Sophie Greener and Rhiannon Mallaburn were the markswomen for Alnwick Town Juniors in their 2-2 draw with South Shields, who netted through Madison Bouggess and Jennifer Wootten. Sunderland West End meanwhile won for only the second time this season, Niamh Cairns bagging a brace as they won 2-1 away to Wallsend Boys Club.
Beth Allison, Nichole Havery and Christine Murray all scored for Northern Division leaders Birtley Town in their 3-1 win at Norton & Stockton Ancients Res and their advantage has been doubled to four points after second placed i2i International Soccer Academy fought out a goalless draw with Washington FC Women. Gateshead Rutherford Ladies meanwhile went third by beating Redcar Town 4-0, Melissa Scott netting twice along with Jessica Ellison and Ellie Tilney. Park View stormed to an 8-0 victory over Wallsend BC Res including braces from Zara Johnson and Ebony Newman, with Megan Graham, Kayla Campbell and Chloe Brannen also getting on the scoresheet. Michelle Stewart meanwhile bagged a five-goal haul and Magda Carr contributed the other two as Berwick Rangers Community Academy ran out 7-1 winners over against Hartlepool Utd.
The top of the table clash in the Southern Division ended with honours even as Leeds Modernians and Handsworth battled out a goalless draw, which means that Handsworth stay one point ahead at the top having played a game more. Sheffield Wednesday and Altofts Ladies continue to occupy the next two places after their meeting finished in a 2-2 draw. Grace Wilkinson and Nadine Bates netted Altofts' goals, whilst Wednesday netted through Jodie Gregory and Nicole Shaw. Lauren Breen's brace gave Rossington Main a 2-0 victory over Millmoor Juniors Ladies and Lower Hopton were 2-1 winners against Farsley FC Women, courtesy of Abi Housecroft and Sophia Lyons. York City Development are off the bottom of the table after beating Ilkley Town 3-2.
North West League
AFC Fylde are confirmed as Premier Division Champions without kicking a ball on Sunday, after second placed Mancunian Unity were held to a 3-3 draw by Tranmere Rovers. Olivia Roberts, Rebecca Pritchard and Katie Bowers-Folan all scored for Tranmere who are still battling to get out of the bottom three. Bolton Wanderers meanwhile drew 1-1 with FC United of Manchester and are destined to finish third. United led through an early goal from Rachel Lloyd, with Ellie Leek grabbing a late equaliser for Wanderers. Bury FC Women are now up to fourth in the table after a goal in each half by Alex Speight earned them a 2-1 victory away to Crewe Alexandra.
Bolton Wanderers Res have returned to the top of Division One North following a 1-0 victory over previous leaders Preston North End, courtesy of a second half goal from Emily Culshaw. Freya Doyle and Isla Makepearce gave Blackpool a two-goal lead in the first half against Morecambe, who battled back after the break to earn themselves a 2-2 draw, thanks to a double from Yasmine Carswell. Madison Purdy (2) and Megan Rodriguez accounted for the goals as Haslingden won 3-1 away to Workington Town.
FC St Helens picked up the result they needed in order to clinch the Division One Central title, running out 3-0 winners over Ashton Town. Sophie Griffiths and Olivia Hussey gave them a two-goal lead at half time, before Rachel Wood wrapped up the win with the third late on.
The title race is over in Division One South as well as Nantwich Town picked up the result they required, beating Manchester Laces 2-1 with Levi Lander and Megan Ragdale scoring their goals. Runcorn Linnets meanwhile moved up to third on the back of a 6-1 victory over Altrincham courtesy of Mollie Bennett (2), Lile Ashley, Chelsea Gillies and Emma McLarney.
South West League
Forest Green Rovers caught up ground on leaders Torquay Utd with a 4-1 victory away to Saltash Utd. Lashai McNama led the scoring with a hat-trick and Katie Jones was also on target, with Taylor Ford replying. Bishop's Lydeard meanwhile picked up their first point of the season when a Sophie Wood goal gave them a 1-1 draw with Pucklechurch Sports, who netted through Amy Jefferies.
Corsham Town have gone five points clear at the top of Division One North following their 4-1 victory over Downend Flyers. Ruby Nolan, Tia-chanay Harris, Shannon Redhouse and Nancy Silk all scored for Corsham, with Ffion Robinson replying. Whitchurch Ladies and Royal Wootton Bassett Town battled out a goalless draw, Bassett lose ground but stay in second, on goal difference from Mangotsfield Utd who beat Gloucester City Res 4-2 with goals from Brooke Moore (2), Emily Holbrook and Charlotte Woodman. At the other end of the table, Stockwood Wanderers gave their survival chances a huge boost with a 4-2 victory over Paulton Rovers. Charley Friend, Maddison Stadden, Toni Blenkinsopp and Jemima Seagrove were all on target for Stockwood, whilst Paulton's replies came from Martha Slocombe and Evie Thatcher.
Yeovil Town have opened up a four point lead at the top of Division One South, after Jodi Cornwall, Becky Miles and Lily McNally gave them a 3-0 victory away to Appledore Women. Steph Beck and Megan Williams scored the goals as Feniton won 2-1 against Wells City, whose consolation came from Ceyda Fordrey.
Torquay Utd have reached the Final of the Premier Division Cup after winning a goal laden semi final 6-5 against Gloucester City. Beth Everson hit a hat-trick for Torquay along with Anthea Kaptein, Connie Pengelly and Mollie Taylor, whilst City replied through Margaret Neall (2), Sachiko Kaneko-Grun, Georgia Vandries and an own goal. Torquay will be up against Poole Town whose semi final with AEK Boco was even closer, winning on penalties following a 2-2 draw. Lucy Coalter and Summer Williams had scored for Poole, with Boco responding through Aimee Clark and Madison Price.
Bitton maintained their quest for a potential trophy 'treble' with a 3-1 victory over Bath City Women in the semi finals of the Divisional Cup. Layla Soppelsa netted twice and Skye Coole the other for Bitton whilst Bath's consolation came from Emilia Bellotti. Bitton will be up against Weston-super-Mare who were 2-1 winners in the other semi final at Cirencester Town thanks to Ellie Orritt and Eva Dufresne, with Shannon King replying.
Southern Region League
Wycombe Wanderers remain eight points clear at the top following their 5-0 success away to Woodley Utd. Jessica Watkins was on target twice for the Chairgirls along with Anisha Hill, Emma Kern and Chloe Melton. Winchester City Flyers kept their challenge on course when they won 3-2 at Southampton Women with Saffi Rae, Emily Wernham and Charlie Snelling on the scoresheet. A late equaliser from Henna Hussain earned Beaconsfield Town a 1-1 draw with title chasing AFC Portchester, who had led through Kim Fuller, and Reading FC Community Trust netted seven times without reply past Badshot Lea, Tia Johnson netting twice along with Tyra WIlson, Keziah Banduka, Ava Broke-Smith and Isabella Rowden.
Denham Utd now need five points from five games to land the Division One North title after running out 6-1 winners over Tilehurst Panthers. Niamh Cashin and Annie Hewitt both scored twice, with others from Jemima Potter and Sofia Harris. Only Penn & Tylers Green can still realistically catch them and a goal from Annalise Scott-Green gave them a 1-0 victory at Larkspur Rovers to keep those chances alive.
In Division One South, Farnham Town stayed firmly on course for the title by beating Bournemouth Sports Res 3-1. Emma-Jane May netted a hat-trick along with Evie Griffiths and Isobel Humphrey as Havant & Waterlooville ran out 5-0 winners over Shaftesbury to move into second place, ahead of AFC Stoneham who were held to a goalless draw by Wimborne Town. Brooke Suddaby, Freya Twigg and Zoe Ridley fired Andover New Street to a 3-1 success at AFC Varsity and Guernsey returned home with a 3-2 win away to Bemerton Heath Harlequins under their belts, courtesy of a Ruby Smith double and Donna Gallienne.
West Midlands League
Lye Town continued their sprint finish to the campaign and have soared fourteen points clear after winning 6-1 away to Burton Albion. Natasha Baptiste led the scoring with a hat-trick, Britanee Lote weighed in with a brace and Chloe Whyley was also on target. Redditch Borough continue the chase in second, they beat Alvechurch 4-0 thanks to Bobbi-Lea Birch, Daisy-Mai Clements, Alisha Sheridan and Grace Murphy. Coundon Court meanwhwhile took a huge stride towards safety, winning 4-0 against Port Vale with Jessica Lundie (2), Marianne Taho and Charlotte Taylor all on the scoresheet.
Lichfield City are on the verge of lifting the Division One North title, needing to avoid defeat in their final match to make absolutely sure. Courtney Dilger and Corinna Williams both scored doubles, with Neve Harvey and Jacqueline Corazza adding the others as Lichfield won 6-2 against AFC Telford Utd. That final match will be against Walsall FC Women, the only team which can still go past them, and they kept those hopes alive by beating Whitchurch Alport 3-0 with strikes from Rhiannon Bate, Lyndsey Ross-Baker and Molly Cook.
Knowle are now in a commanding position in Division One South after scoring six times without reply past second placed Droitwich Spa. Grace Evans (2), Trina Greaves (2), Darcey Garner and Keira Whitehouse accounted for the goals to take Knowle three points clear and with three games in hand. Leamington Ladies hold onto third after Linda Turner gave them a 1-0 win over Hereford FC Women. Redditch Utd and Worcester City Res battled out a goalless draw and Long Itchington were 4-2 winners at Crusaders, Lauren Jones netting twice along with Jessica Lingham and Lucy Dale. Halesowen Town meanwhile defeated Kingfisher 5-0 thanks to Imogen Butler (2), Bethney Taylor (2) and Lauren Thompson.
Coventry Sphinx went through to the semi finals of the League Cup when Kirsty Farnsworth, Brooke Hornsby and Trinity Mander all scored to earn them a 3-1 victory away to Shrewsbury Town. Joining them in the last four will be Hednesford Town, 2-0 winners over Rugby Town thanks to Jessica Booker and Dolcie Sims.
