The Regional Leagues
East Midlands League
One match was played in Division One North, Belper Town winning 2-1 against Notts County Development at the Raygar Stadium to put themselves on top of the fledgling table. Alice Faulding was on target twice for Belper, with Samantha Munro replying.
In Division One Central, University of Nottingham made it two wins out of two when beating Coalville Town Ravens 4-0. After a goalless first half, Lucy Tyldesley bagged a brace after the break and she was joined on the scoresheet by Emma Eastham and Jessica Harris. Pride Park Women meanwhile won for the first time, 4-2 against Melbourne Dynamo thanks to Natasha Collyer (2), Beth Jones and Daisy Bowen.
Early Division One South leaders Leicester City Ladies scored eight times without reply away to Spalding Utd. Alice Timms led the scoring with a four-goal haul and Rosie Fowler weighed in with a brace, whilst Jenna White and Lauren Hill were also on target. Northampton Town Development meanwhile opened up their league campaign with a 6-0 victory over Higham Town, Lacey Shilcock hitting a hat-trick alongside Shekinah Akinsete (2) and Chloe Hicks.
Eastern Region League
Although the league programme was greatly affected by FA Cup duties, the top two teams in the Division One North table met each other and it was Luton Town Development who were narrow 4-3 winners over Real Bedford Development, opening up a lead of six points in the process. Carla Todd netted twice along with Stacy Sube and Lauren Sullivan for leaders Luton, whilst Real replied through Madison Flowers, Lauren Hawkins and Amelia Proctor. Remarkably, the only other game played in the division also resulted in a 4-3 victory for the visiting team, Costessey Sports edging out Cambridge City by the odd goal in seven. Hannah Campbell (2), Thea Hackney and Sofia Odell were all on target for Costessey, who have moved into second place on goal difference, and City's markswomen were Holly Dryland, Jessica Morley and Isabelle Storrie.
Hertford Town are the new leaders of Division One South, after an Olivia Thornton hat-trick helped them towards a 6-0 victory over Toby Women. Ava Plumb (2) and Charlie Mills weighed in with the other goals for Hertford who head the table by two points from AFC Sudbury Res, 7-1 winners against AFC Welwyn thanks to Elise Proctor (2), Ruby Clark (2), Phoebe Robbins, Erinn Cook and Grace Slatter. Leyton Orient complete the top three after Samantha Read and Tiffany Balfour gave them a 2-0 success over Southend Utd.
London & South East League
Dulwich Hamlet Res have gone four points clear at the top of Division One North after they defeated Carshalton Athletic 4-0. Kyleigh Krames, Nikiya Palmer-Steele, Anna Stones and Shakirra Sesay were all on target to hand Hamlet a fourth win in six matches. Actonians Res are in the top half of the table following their 3-1 success against AFC Greenwich Borough in which Phoebe Licence, Justine Buckmire-Monro and Rachel Hazle all found the net. Hackney also notched up their second win, 6-1 over Sport London e Benfica. Maria Fayeulle led the scoring with a hat-trick and there was one apiece from Annalie Cole, Ching Hong and Kate Meehan.
A first half own goal gave Ashmount Leigh a 1-0 win away to Steyning Town Community, which sees them take over the leadership of Division One South. Ashmount head the table on goal difference from Saltdean Utd Development, who were 3-2 victors over Dorking Wanderers B courtesy of Jess Fry, Mia Hutchison and Isabelle Stray. At the other end of the table, Sevenoaks Town won for the first time, 4-1 at Hastings Utd with Stephanie Adby, Sofia Newton, Hannah Styles and Bethan Thomas accounting for the goals.
North East League
Park View kept hold of the leadership of the Northern Division with a 5-0 victory against North Shields Athletic. Eve Pattinson was on target twice along with Grace Dobson, Tanisha Peake and Ebony Newman. Norton & Stockton Ancients Res are also on nine points following their 3-1 win against Washington FC Women, given to them by Shannon Reed, Anna McArthur and Neve Pawlett. Gateshead Rutherford Ladies claimed a second straight win when scoring six times without reply past Sunderland West End, Grace Clewes and Melissa Scott each bagging braces along with Jessica Ellison and Ellie Smith. Gateshead Leam Rangers meanwhile raced to an 8-0 win away to Hartlepool Utd for their first victory of the season.
Thackley AFC Women have opened up a lead of five points in the Southern Division after Rebecca Hunt, Emily Senior and Chelsea Morton took them to a 3-0 success away to Knaresborough Town. Ilkley Town meanwhile won for the first time, 4-1 against Bottesford Town thanks to Millie Dawson (2), Muqadas Ghaffar and Lara Stevens.
North West League
Blackpool preserved their unbeaten record in Division One North and are only one point off the pace in fourth place following their 3-2 win away to Fleetwood Town Wrens, where Jess Lord netted twice and Tia Worrall the other. In the other game, Madison Purdy bagged herself a four-goal haul and Megan Rodriguez was also on target as Haslingden won for the first time, 5-2 against Blackburn Community SC.
One match was played in Division One Central, Wythenshawe Town moving themselves into second place by scoring seven times without reply past Stockport County Development. Sabrina Hoysted netted twice and she was joined on the scoresheet by Steph Ambo, Lucy Hibberd, Ruby Yates and Leah Rezgul.
Chester FC Women continue to look strong in Division One South and they have taken over at the top following their 7-3 victory away to Runcorn Linnets. Sophia O'Neill bagged a hat-trick, Emma Clausen weighed in with a brace and there was one apiece from Polly Wild-McGregor and Alisha Whitehead-Hughes. Runcorn Linnets meanwhile ran out 5-0 winners over Tranmere Rovers Development, Lile Ashley netting twice along with Olivia Brannagan, Chelsea Gillies and Eva Whimperley.
South West League
One match was played in the Premier Division on Sunday, Sherborne Town battling out a 1-1 draw with debutants B2A Women. Imogen Miller was on target for Sherborne, in reply to Estelle Randall who netted for B2A.
Cirencester Town have taken over the early leadership of Division One North, thanks to a 3-2 victory over FC Abbey Meads. Annie Martin netted twice and Bethan Harris the other for Ciren, which Meads replied through Michelle Rich and Rita Shahi. Gloucester City Res meanwhile defeated Downend Flyers 3-0 with Maddie Eggleton, Isabelle D'Arcy and Kaci-Mai Hergest all getting on the scoresheet.
Weston-super-Mare maintained their winning start in Division One Central, making it three victories on the trot when beating Stockwood Wanderers 2-0. Kelly Jones and Danielle Rhodes scored the goals to take their side two points ahead at the top from Keynsham Town A, who drew 2-2 with Whitchurch Ladies. Keynsham twice took the lead through Fiorella Pererya and Nicola Heath. with Whitchurch hitting back on each occasion via a double from Hannah Gillett. Alisha Stuart and Erin Cordier accounted for the goals as Paulton Rovers claimed their first victory of the season, 2-1 against Brislington whose reply came from Neave Sparks.
In Division One South, Plymouth Marjon picked up their first points of the season when they won 2-0 away to Bishop's Lydeard, courtesy of a brace from Crystal-Mae Pollock.
Southern Region League
Division One North leaders Finchampstead were held to a 2-2 draw by Slough Town, but remain three points ahead at the top. Slough had taken a two-goal lead through Evie Smith and Megan Duffy, before Ruby Huggins and Lauren Smaje hit back to ensure a share of the spoils for Finchampstead. A total of four teams, including Slough, are heading the chasers, and are headed by Barton Utd who also drew 2-2 against Abingdon Utd Development. Lorena Lopez-Catalan and Yasmin Pearson were on target for Abingdon, whilst Barton's markswomen were Eleanor Ahern-Farebrother and Bryony Vaughan. The points were also shared, along with six goals, at Farnborough where Izzy Woodger, Lily Stride and Caitlin Ryan all netted in their 3-3 draw with Kidlington, who responded via an Eloise Beauchamp double and Amy Busby. On a day of draws in the division, only one team managed a victory, this was Chesham Utd Development who beat Oxford City Development 3-2, courtesy of Nell Coster (2) and Verity Richman.
Remarkably in Division One South, the same pattern continued with both matches being draws! Nicola Frier, Hollie Keating and Oramah Mitinda Massah accounted for the goals as Whitchurch Utd drew for the second time, 3-3 against Bursledon who netted through an Isobel Pouncy brace and Poppy Williams. Meanwhile, Bournemouth Sports Res and Guernsey FC Women finished level at 1-1 with goals from Laina Warren and Calleigh Hedley respectively.
West Midlands League
Only one match was played throughout the entire league over the weekend and this took place in Division One South.
Bromsgrove Sporting moved themselves into the top half of the table with their first victory of the season, 3-0 away to Dudley Town with Sade Alaka, Samantha Smith and Abigail Bourne all getting on the scoresheet.
