Fensome and Paul land Forest Green jobs

Forest Green Rovers are excited to announce a significant restructure within their Women's & Girls programme.

Louise Fensome has been appointed as the First Team Manager and Operations. This permanent appointment follows her highly successful interim period last season, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision.

Joining Louise, FGR welcome the highly experienced Martin Paul as our new First Team Head Coach. Former professional player Martin brings a wealth of expertise to coaching and management and currently leads the Tyrone Mings Academy for boys and girls football.

The club’s Emerging Talent Centre has also seen key appointments. Jonathan Stiddard will continue his long standing affiliation with the club as our ETC Centre Manager. His continued dedication is greatly valued and he will continue to make a huge impact in the girl's football programme.

Stacey Miles will be the new ETC Player Development Lead. Stacey supported Louise Fensome with the first team last season and will now focus on nurturing emerging talent, both with the players and coaches.

The club’s Head of Women’s Football, Yan Klukowski, told the FGR official website: “These four appointments represent the start of a new era and direction for the Female Programme at FGR. Not only are they high level operators, but they are also superb people who have an unrivalled passion for football and the desire to contribute to the popularity and growth of the female game. Their wealth of knowledge and experience will significantly impact our talent pathway and the mission for our Women's First Team.”
