Group A
Bridgwater Utd took top spot in the group following a 4-0 victory away to Marine Academy Plymouth. After having been beaten in their last game, Bridgey hit back in style with Rosie Hill giving them a first half lead before adding late goals via an Erin Williams brace and Ellie Strippel. Joining them in the knockout stages are last season's runners-up Plymouth Argyle, who beat Torquay Utd 1-0. Torquay had started the day in first place but will now be in the Plate after Brooklyn Brothers scored the only goal of the game.
Group B
Exeter City only needed a point to confirm themselves as group winners but were given a scare in their 3-3 draw with Keynsham Town. Georgia Vaccaro gave Exeter an early lead, with Keynsham hitting back through Sachi Kaneko-Grun and Mia Mugford, before Vaccaro netted a second just before half time. Abi Todd put Keynsham back in front after the break but a late equaliser from Emily Pitman gave Exeter the result they required. Bristol City U21 also went through after coming from behind to beat Bristol Rovers 4-2. After Faye Dixon gave CIty an early lead, Ellie Preece and Helena Costa ensured that Rovers were ahead at half time. Kacey Batty levelled matters once more after the interval and an own goal put City back in front shortly afterwards, with Emily Giddings sealing the victory late on. Rovers finish in third and will go into the Plate.
Group C
Cheltenham Town finish on top after running out 5-1 winners away to Kidderminster Harriers. Cheltenham led in the first half through a Courtney Jones goal, with Leonie Joyce netting a double either side of half time. Sophia Webster-Ford reduced the arrears for Harriers but Chloe Snook and Charlotte Salisbury-Williams rounded off a fine result for the visitors. Both teams will progress into the knockout phase whilst Gwalia Utd took the place on offer for the Plate but only just, edging out Worcester City 4-3. Issy Newns scored an injury time winner to add to Daisy Ackerman's hat-trick whilst Worcester, who were beaten by the odd goal in seven for the second tie in a row, replied through Madeline Welham, Kaye Haggett and Lowri Walker.
Group D
Chelsea U21 notched up their third win in a row to win the group when a late goal from Stevie Sinclair gave them a 1-0 win at Maidenhead Utd. Defeat for Maidenhead means they must settle for a place in the Plate as Swindon Town claimed second place by beating Wycombe Wanderers 3-2. Libby Waylen, Izzy Cook and Annabelle Colston were all on target for Swindon, with Mimi Hodges and Natalia Makowska replying.
Group E
Cup holders AFC Bournemouth booked their place in the last sixteen by scoring nine times without reply past Southampton U21. In front of 6,480 spectators at the Vitality Stadium, Georgia Wilson hit a hat-trick and Isabel Bryant a brace, with others from Katie James, Jenna Markham, Isabel Watts and Clarabella Hall. Bournemouth do not finish on top of the group though, that honour goes to Moneyfields following their 1-1 draw with Bournemouth Sports. Molly Gladwell put Sports in front in the opening minute, before Rebekah Tonks earned the Moneys the point they required when she netted the equaliser.
Group F
Portsmouth emerged as 3-2 winners from the group decider with Lewes, who also go through as runners-up. It did look as though the Rookettes were on their way to victory when an own goal put them ahead early on and Breon Grant made it two on the stroke of half time, but Esta Roberts renewed hopes for Pompey when she pulled one back after the break and a late double from Kerry Beattie completed the turnaround and handed top spot to Portsmouth.
Group G
Norwich City confirmed themselves as group winners when they defeated Stevenage Women 5-1. Both teams had already qualified for the knockout stage but the Canaries never looked back after going ahead just before half time through Zofia Szczech. Lauren Hailes made it two after the break and despite Sarah Wiltshire pulling one back straight away, a double from Faith Harrison and Bryony Brodie saw Norwich to a convincing win on the day. The other match finished level at 2-2 and it is Luton Town who finish third, ahead of Cambridge Utd on goal difference. Cambridge were two up at the interval thanks to Mollie Coupar and Jade Bell, but after Ruby Heselden had halved the deficit. an injury time equaliser from Chloe Logie ensured that it was Luton who will take their place in the Plate.
Group H
The top three teams in the group all finished level on points and it is Actonians who finish top by virtue of scoring more goals, following their 5-3 win at Queen's Park Rangers. Abigail Kargbo was on target twice for the As along with Wiktoria Fronc, Katherine Turner and Kendra Brown, with Rangers' replies coming from Shannon Albuery (2) and Ellie Searlie. Defeat for Rangers means they will go into the Plate, due to Fulham taking second place by scoring ten without reply past Ascot Utd. Leila Lister scored a hat-trick and she was joined on the scoresheet by Ellie Olds (2), Charlie Estcourt, Harley Bennett, Leeta Rutherford, Anna Grey and Sophie Gillies.
Group I
Hashtag Utd went into their final group game against London City Lionesses U21 requiring a point to clinch top spot and they did so, thanks to a 2-0 victory. After a goalless first half, Grace Gillard put the Tags in front just after the hour mark and Natasha Snelling wrapped up the win late on. London City will go through to the Plate with Chatham Town taking second place. Amelia Woodgate netted twice alongside Grace Coombs and Ellie Jeffkins as the Chats ran out 4-1 winners over Billericay Town, who had taken an early lead through Macey Rothon.
Group J
A 2-0 victory away to Dartford has seen AFC Wimbledon finish at the summit with three wins out of three. Maddie Hotston put the Dons ahead in first half injury time, with Freda Ayisi adding the second on the hour. The Darts must play in the Plate because Dulwich Hamlet's 3-1 victory against Crystal Palace U21 means they finish in second. Kizzanna Fergus, Sascha Chisanga and Leila Emmerson were all on target for Hamlet, with Regan Allford replying.
Group K
Oxford Utd are confirmed as group winners after battling out a 1-1 draw against Arsenal U21. Both goals came late in the games, the Gunners going ahead through Abigail Conway but an equaliser from Holly Manders gave Oxford a result which sees them finish two points ahead of second placed Arsenal. A place in the Plate was on offer as Milton Keynes Dons hosted Abingdon Utd, and it is the hosts who progress following a 2-1 victory. Mollie Dyer did give Abingdon a sixth minute lead but Amber Leighton quickly equalised and Madeleine Pollard netted the decisive goal midway through the second half.
Group L
Rugby Borough claimed a third straight win to confirm themselves on top, finishing off with a 2-0 success away to Notts County. Nicola Potts opened the scoring in the third minute but Rugby didn't seal the points until late on, when Katy Morris netted the second. County will go through but into the Plate after Peterborough Utd beat Leicester City U21 7-0 to take second place. Ellie May was on target for the Posh Women along with Romy Saunders, Jessica Driscoll, Crista Ganado, Freya Anderson and Keir Perkins.
Group M
Boldmere St Michaels ran out 5-1 winners away to Leafield Athletic to finish as group winners. Grace Jones, Ridhi Ruparella, Mia Lawson-Spencer, Natasha Bailey and Maia Clark were the Mikes' markswomen, with Evie Gallop. Aston Villa U21 meanwhile won 2-0 at Sutton Coldfield Town to take second place above Leafield, courtesy of second half strikes from Jessica Thompson and Ava Merc.
Group N
The decider for top spot in the group went the way of West Bromwich Albion who defeated Sporting Khalsa 2-0. Both teams had already qualified for the knockout stages but it was Albion who took the spoils on the day, Jessica Collyer giving them a first half lead with Monique Robinson adding the second. Lye Town meanwhile claimed the spot in the Plate, Annie Highway, Natasha Baptiste and Alicia Robinson-Brown accounting for the goals as they defeated Birmingham City U21 3-0.
Group O
Stoke City needed a win in order to make absolutely sure of winning the group and they did so by easing to a 3-0 victory over Manchester City U21. Megan Bradley put Stoke ahead on the stroke of half time and they went on to seal the result with second half strikes from Shannon Stamps and Racheal Quigley. The Cityzens still join Stoke in the Cup after Wythenshawe's 2-0 win at Blackburn Rovers was not quite enough to eclipse them on goal difference. Amy Shannon and Kirsty Chambers were both on the scoresheet for the Cheshire side, who will now compete in the Plate.
Group P
Real Bedford and Tottenham Hotspur U21 had already been assured of qualifying for the Cup before they met in the final group game, and it is Real who progress as group winners after an Ellie Head double and Melis Mehmet saw them to a 3-0 victory. Meanwhile, a 1-0 victory against London Bees took Northampton Town into third place, and a place in the Plate, Angel Dade scoring the game's only goal midway through the first half.
Group Q
Liverpool Feds finish top of the group following their 1-0 win against Liverpool U21, courtesy of a goal just before half time from Maddy Duffy. Also through to the Cup will be AFC Fylde, who sent opponents Chorley into the Plate after beating them 4-0. Molly Kelly and Niamh Corrigan gave the Coasters a two-goal lead going into half time, before Grace Hindley put the seal on the victory with a second half brace.
Group R
Loughborough Lightning picked up the result they needed in order to clinch top spot in the group, beating Sheffield Utd U21 2-0 to finish in first place on goal difference. Denver Thompson got Loughborough off to a good start with a goal in the quarter hour and Gabriella Spillman wrapped up the win with the second. The Blades will take their place in the Plate and Chesterfield have ended up in second place after their 4-1 victory Sheffield FC. Imogen Fowler opened the scoring for the Spireites in the second minute and Amy Nowell added a second, before Lexie Butterworth and Sophie Marshall added further goals after the break.
Group S
Stockport County got the better of Derby County in a nine-goal thriller and this result took them from third place to top spot. Emily Bradshaw and Meg Boydell each scored twice for County, with Abigail Podmore adding the other, whilst Layla Kennerley hit a hat-trick for the Ewes but finished on the losing side, after Georgia Stevens had put them in front earlier on. Derby will therefore compete in the Plate whilst Manchester Utd U21, despite a 2-1 defeat to Barnsley Women, still finish in second place. Tanya Fozzard and Jemima Jarvis both scored for Barnsley, who still go out of the competition, whilst United's consolation came from Niamh Mulcahy.
Group T
Leeds Utd's excellent early season form continued with the winning 4-1 away to Bradford City and confirming themselves as winners of the group. Monique Watson, Drew Greene and Alice Hughes all scored for Leeds along with an own goal, Hannah Morley replying. Jessica Lightfoot and Aimee Kelly got on the scoresheet for Huddersfield Town as they booked second place with a 2-1 success away to Halifax FC Women, who play in the Plate despite a goal from Neve Renwick.
Group U
With both teams having already qualified for the Cup, the group decider went the way of Hull City with a 2-1 victory over Norton & Stockton Ancients. All three goals came in the first half, Bianca Owens having put Norton in front before Hull hit back with goals from Ellie Tanser and Jess Andrew. Meanwhile it is York City who will play in the Plate, after a second half brace by Hope Knight secured a 2-0 win against Thornaby Women.
Group V
Middlesbrough made it three wins out of three with a 2-1 success against Chester-le-Street Town, who finish in third. The Cestrians took the lead midway through the second half via Laura Hockaday, but 'Boro responded swiftly to take the points with a quickfire double from Ellen Turnbull and Bridger Galloway. Durham Cestria meanwhile defeated Sunderland U21 3-0 to claim the second spot in the Cup, courtesy of first half strikes from Mia Gibbon, Francesca Ward and Ellen-Marie Atkinson.
