Northern Premier Division
Two second half goals took Burnley FC Women to a 2-0 victory over Derby County which keeps them on top of the table. In front of an attendance of 900 at Turf Moor, Millie Ravening put the Clarets ahead ten minutes after the interval, before Charlie Chadwick sealed the win with the second goal.
Wolverhampton Wanderers stay a point behind in second place, with a game in hand, but were given a scare during their 3-2 win against Loughborough Lightning. Beth Merrick gave Wolves the lead but a quickfire double from Doris Greenwood put Loughborough in front going into half time. Charlotte Greengrass levelled matters once again midway through the second half but Loughborough looked to be on their way towards picking up a valuable point until deep into injury time, when Amber Hughes netted a decisive third for Wolves.
Third placed Rugby Borough kept themselves firmly in the hunt but they also had to emerge as victors from a tight game, winning 1-0 away to Stoke City. Again, there was late drama as the match was settled in the fifth minute of injury time, when Ebony Wiseman netted the only goal of the game for Rugby.
West Bromwich Albion are up to fourth after they won a fiercely contested game 3-1 at Sporting Khalsa. Lucy Day and Ellie May were both on target for Albion, along with an own goal, whilst Khalsa's consolation came from Daisy Wickett.
Hull City meanwhile moved level on points with fifth placed Middlesbrough after notching up a 2-1 win in their meeting. First half goals from Ellie Tanser and Hope Knight Hull a fourth league victory of the season, whilst 'Boro replied through Sarah Burn.
Liverpool Feds have moved themselves back towards the top half of the table, thanks to a 1-0 success way to Halifax FC Women. Emily Cole produced the decisive moment of the match when she scored the winning goal with ten minutes remaining.
Southern Premier Division
With AFC Bournemouth not playing on Sunday, Watford took the opportunity to climb above and go three points clear at the top, when they scored seven times without reply past Gwalia Utd. Madison Perry led the scoring with a hat-trick, Isabella Fisher weighed in with a brace and there was one apiece from Megan Chandler and Poppy Wilson.
Plymouth Argyle made up ground in third place as they returned from Oxford Utd with a 1-0 win under their belts. Arabella Suttie gave Argyle the points when she netted the game's solitary goal, six minutes before half time.
Exeter City continued their upsurge in form with a 2-0 victory against AFC Wimbledon. Madeleline Durrant gave Exeter the lead just after the half hour, before Ishbel Zuurmond wrapped up the win with the second.
Lewes are back in the top half of the table after running out 4-1 winners away to Billericay Town. Olivia Carpenter, Leah Lane, Katie Gilligan and Paula Howells all netted a goal apiece for the Rookettes, with Nia Evans replying.
Hashtag Utd meanwhile leapfrogged Cheltenham Town in the table after winning their meeting 1-0. Honor Norton settled matters when she scored the only goal of the match, midway through the second half.
Division One North
Cheadle Town Stingers held on to the leadership after recording a notable 1-0 win away to Stockport County. Imogen Porteous-Williams once again came up trumps for the leaders, giving them a fine result when she scored in the twelfth minute.
Cheadle therefore continue to head the table on goal difference from second placed Wythenshawe, who kept pace with them by beating Blackburn Rovers 2-0. Wythenshawe are continuing to impress in their first season in the league and sealed another win thanks to Chelsea Flanagan and Amy Pracy.
Huddersfield Town remain in third but lost a little ground on the top two when their match with Chorley finished goalless. Town therefore lie three points behind the top two whilst Chorley, who drew for the fourth time this season, and a further three points adrift in fifth.
Chester-le-Street Town have moved themselves closer towards a mid-table position, thanks to a 4-0 victory over Doncaster Rovers Belles. A strong first half display from the Cestrians saw them go three ahead thanks to Molly Wilcock, Laura Hockaday and Georgia Gibson, before Gibson rounded off the scoring with her second after the break.
Division One Midlands
League leaders Peterborough Utd have seen their advantage trimmed to four points as the top of the table clash with Barnsley Women finished in a goalless draw. Barnsley became the first team to take points off the Posh Women this season but slip back to fourth place as a result.
Leafield Athletic have moved above Barnsley into second, four points off the pace, following their 1-0 victory over Notts County. Leafield left it late but picked up a crucial win when Anita Gaspar grabbed the only goal of the game, three minutes into injury time.
Boldmere St Michaels meanwhile defeated Kidderminster Harriers 2-0 and this was enough to lift them up to third, level on points with Leafield. Janelle Straker put the Mikes in front just after the half hour mark and Ridhi Ruparella sewed up the ponts with the second, three minutes from time.
Sheffield FC head the chasing pack after the top four, thanks to a 4-1 victory away to Worcester City. Stacey Buxton gave Sheffield a first half lead which was cancelled out by Cerys Dolloway but after the break, Lucy Trail, Lexie Butterworth and Becky Kendell all netted for the visitors in a seven minute spell.
Three first half goals sent Sutton Coldfield Town to a 3-1 success at Lincoln Utd. Reia Henry netted twice and Amelia Kirk added the other to put Sutton in a strong position, before Amanda Millar netted a second half consolation for United.
Stourbridge are out of the bottom two, at the expense of Northampton Town, after winning their meeting 1-0. Darcy Cartwright's strike moments before half time earned the Glassgirls three precious points.
Division One South East
Leaders Fulham did not play on Sunday and Norwich City have moved to within a single point of them after winning 3-2 at Chatham Town. Grace Riglar, Natasha Shelling and Evie Williams were all on target for the Canaries, whilst the Chats replied through Ellie Jeffkins and Lucy Jones.
London Bees kept up their challenge in third as they defeated Cambridge Utd 3-1. Shamoy Campbell netted twice and Millie Isherwood the other for the Bees, with Zoe Wood replying.
Queen's Park Rangers and Luton Town meanwhile battled out a 2-2 draw in front of 2,307 at Loftus Road. Jess Leach bagged a brace for Rangers whilst Luton netted through Lisa Milliken and Taylor O'Leary.
Actonians Ladies continue to improve and they ran out 5-1 winners over Chesham Utd. Abigail Kargbo netted a first half brace before Andrearna Dunbar-Bonnie added a further two after the break and Hana Lalani rounded off the scoring, with Jenny Nagle netting an injury time consolation for the Clarets.
Division One South West
The three matches played in the division on Sunday produced only two goals and none of the home teams managed to score, but they produced significant results at both ends of the table.
Moneyfields went to the top for the first time this season when they won 1-0 away to third placed Bristol Rovers, taking over from Swindon Town who were in County Cup action. Shannon Albuery headed home the only goal of the game just ahead of half time and the Moneys defended strongly after the break for three important points.
Keynsham Town and Ascot Utd went into their match as two of the lower scoring teams in the division and it was perhaps no surprise that they fought out a goalless draw. The point edged Keynsham further away from the bottom two with their fourth draw of the season whilst Ascot remain just below mid-table.
It was a good day for Portishead Town as they recorded their first win of the season in the league, a 1-0 success at Bournemouth Sports. Kimmi Tanner-Joyce scored the decisive goal in the dying minutes, to give her side which takes them off the bottom of the table.
Reserve Section round-up...
Middlesbrough moved to within a single point of Northern Division leaders Leeds Utd by running out 6-0 winners over AFC Fylde in the only match to be played in the division. Rosa Bainbridge and Veronica Snaith both netted twice for 'Boro and they were joined on the scoresheet by Olivia Banks and Amber Rodgers.
In the South East Division, leaders Ipswich Town returned to winning ways with a 4-0 success away to Maidenhead Utd. Dulcie King was on target twice and the others came from Phoebe Love and Erin Williams.
The top of the table clash in the South West Division went the way of Swindon Town, who defeated AFC Bournemouth to open up a lead of three points. Both goals came early in the contest, with Antoinette Salaveria and Freya Monk scoring for Swindon. Maddie Iles, Angel Wyatt and Imogen Stocker all netted a goal apiece as third placed Keynsham Town won 3-2 at Moneyfields.
