Trio maintain winning starts
 Women's Football News 25 Apr 2011
The three top teams in the Scottish Women's Premier League all recorded victories to stay on maximum points from their opening four matches.
Champions Glasgow City hold on to top spot after netting twelve without reply against FC Kilmarnock. Jane Ross led the scoring with a four-goal haul, Leanne Ross weighed in with a hat-trick and the tally was completed by a Christie Murray double, Danica Dalziel, Rachel Corsie and Laura Williamson.
Hibernian also made it four wins from four but only just, recording a 3-2 success away to Falkirk. Jenna Ross netted twice and Leanne Crichton the other for Hibs, with the home side replying through a Lisa Sutherland brace.
Forfar Farmington are the other team to maintain their 100% record, goals from Nicola Davidson and Kim Thomson giving them a fine 2-1 win at Rangers, whose consolation came from Jennifer Callaghan.
A five point gap has developed ahead of the next trio of clubs, headed by Rangers and Spartans who were 2-1 victors away to Hamilton Academicals thanks to Diana Barry and Claire Crosbie. Lynsey Hogg was on target for the Accies.
Celtic kept their unbeaten start as they rounded off a clean sweep of victories for the visiting teams on the day, thanks to a 2-1 success against Hutchison Vale. Mairead Fulton and an own goal gave Celtic the points, with Vale netting through Nicola Russell.
