Arsenal will take part in an international tournament hosted by Norwegian Champions, Stabaek, from 14-16 January.
As part of their preparations for April's kick off of The FA WSL and their Champions League quarter final in March, Laura Harvey's Arsenal side are heading to Norway.
Now that the elite women's league in England, fits in with the summer-based leagues in Scandinavia, Arsenal are able to take part in this new international four team tournament, which also includes Wolfsburg from Germany and Brøndby, from Denmark.
The hosts, Stabæk, boast an impressive line-up which includes several Norwegian internationals but also Danish team veterans Katrine Pedersen and Maiken Pape, plus Pedersen's (and Rachel Yankey's) former Fulham team mate and ex-England international, Kristy Moore.
Wolfsburg is the club of two current Norwegian internationals: Melissa Wiik and Leni Larsen Kaurin. The German side are gearing up to the return to Frauen Bundesliga action, where they sit in in fifth place after the Winter break.
Brøndby are one of Denmark's leading teams. From 2002 they have won the league title six times and been second three times. They participated in Champions League for the eighth year in a row, this year, before being knocked out by Everton in the Round of 16 stage.
The games will be played in the below format, in the impressive indoor Telenor Arena, not far outside of Oslo. It is expected that Arsenal will receive good support from the sizeable contingent of Norway-based Gooners.
Friday 14 January: Wolfsburg v Brøndby (14:00 local time)
Friday 14 January: Stabæk v Arsenal (18:00 local time)
Sunday 16th: Final (10:00 local time)
