Wolves relishing Coventry challenge
 Women's Football News 8 Jan 2011
Wolves relishing Coventry challenge - 8 Jan 2011 - Women's Football NewsWolves take on Coventry City this Sunday in the Second Round of the FA Women's Cup after defeating Solihull Ladies 4-0 in the First Round last weekend.
The two sides met in the competition three years ago with Wolves winning 2-0 at the Ricoh Arena, but this time around, Coventry will be the Premier League side and Wolves the underdogs.
After a four week lay off due to bad weather, and with captain Anna Perks on holiday, Layla Salter took the armband and led the team to an impressive victory. Layla said: "We were pleased with our performance with all four goals coming from different players. However, Coventry will be a much tougher game.
"When the teams meet it is always a good battle. When we played them last season in the Midland Combination we drew 0-0 and lost 1-0 so it will be interesting to see how we get on after their promotion to the Northern Division. The players are looking forward to meeting their old adversaries."
