North East League
Sheffield Utd Junior Blades have maintained their lead of four points at the top of the Southern Division after they defeated Ossett Albion 5-0. Lucy Ridley and Jenny Selman scored twice, with Jade Rabjohn also on target. Leeds City Vixens Res climbed into second place, courtesy of a 4-3 victory away to Wakefield Res. Beverley Town were dealt a blow to their hopes as they went down to a 1-0 defeat at home to Doncaster Rovers Belles A, who move above them into the top half.
South West League
Keynsham Town Development moved themselves to within two points of the leadership in the Premier Division as a first half goal from Lorna Gover gave them a 1-0 victory over Stoke Lane Athletic. Such is the tightness of the division, Frome Town are still in the bottom half but are only a further three points adrift following their 4-1 success at Chippenham Town. Alex Gwyther was on target twice for Frome, with Lindsay Whitton and Megan Brown adding the others.
Salisbury City returned to the top of Eastern Division One on goal difference after they defeated Nailsea Utd 2-1 thanks to Jess Griffiths and Nicky Barnes. Third placed Cleeve West Town lost ground as they went down to a 2-1 defeat at home to Downend Flyers whose winner came via a 25-yard Carly Corcoran free kick, to add to Kate Michaels' earlier strike. Bishop's Lydeard went level on points with Cleeve, thanks to a 4-1 win at Ilminster Town, Holly Miller grabbing a hat-trick with Natasha Stephens adding the other. Swindon Spitfires meanwhile returned to form with a 7-2 victory over Poole Town, Tamara Papp netting twice along with Dennika Bretti, Vicky Wilkes, Emma Skinner, Lyndsey Ball and an own goal.
The top of the table clash in Western Division One between Plymouth Argyle Res and Exeter City finished in a 2-2 draw, Kat Marment's double preserving Plymouth's twelve point advantage but putting an end to their 11-match winning run. Marjons Old Suttonians jumped into third place by winning 3-2 away to Roche, goals coming from Lauren Hewings (2) and Lauren Wallinger.
