The FA has been successful in its appeal against Rachel Brown's red card which she received in last week's World Cup play-off second leg against Switzerland.
The England goalkeeper was controversially dismissed for violent conduct in the 41st minute when Swiss forward Ramona Bachmann attempted to claim the ball from the England goal, but UEFA have overturned this red card and Brown is now available to play in England's next competitive match.
"I'm really pleased," said Head Coach Hope Powell of this decision. "I'm a little bit disappointed that the red card will stay on Rachel's record but ultimately very happy that she is now able to play at the World Cup.
"I've spoken to her and she is delighted. She's not too bothered that the card wasn't expunged, she's just very happy that she is able to play."
The draw for the FIFA Women's World Cup Finals will take place on Monday 29 November.
