The promotion battle in the Southern Division could well be down to two teams following Sunday's matches.
The team which finishes as runners-up will be promoted to the National Division next season and Keynsham Town hold on to second place following their 3-1 victory over Charlton Athletic. All of the goals came in the first half, Leanne Lapham scoring twice and Brianna Oeser the other for Keynsham with Charlton's reply coming from Stef Simmons.
Reading FC Women stay in third place and still have matters in their hands, as they have three matches left to play. They kept up their challenge by winning 3-0 away to Colchester Utd with Natasha Caswell, Mel Fletcher and Alison Hogg on the scoresheet.
West Ham Utd and Portsmouth did themselves no favours as they battled out a 2-2 draw. Becky Merritt and Tracey Duxbury netted for the Hammers who can still mathematically finish second - although their hopes are fading - while Pompey, whose chances are now over, replied through Molly Clark and Cassie Thorp.
Cardiff City finished off their season in style, scoring six without reply at WFC Fulham, and they have moved into fifth place. Lisa Bird rounded off a good campaign with a four-goal haul, while Amie Lea and Zoe Atkins were also on target.
