England opened up their UEFA Under-19 Championship qualifying group with a 3-0 victory against the Republic of Ireland in Orebro.
Toni Duggan opened up the scoring for Mo Marley's side five minutes ahead of half time, and they went on to sew up the points with strikes after the break from Demi Stokes and Gilly Flaherty.
England therefore sit jointly on top of Group One with hosts Sweden, who were 3-0 winners over Turkey, and it is the Swedes who they face next on Monday in a repeat of last summer's Final.
England: Rebecca Spencer, Lindsey Cunningham, Gilly Flaherty (sub Lauren Bruton 77mins), Abbie Prosser (sub Laura Coombs 63mins), Shelby Hills, Gemma Bonner, Isobel Christiansen, Jordan Nobbs, Toni Duggan (sub Rebecca Jane 86mins), Jessica Holbrook, Demi Stokes. Subs not used: Lauren Davey, Stephanie Marsh, Jemma Rose, Naomi Cole.
