England's final match in their UEFA Under-19 Championship qualifying group ended in a 1-1 draw with Norway at Rochdale.
Toni Duggan gave England a 20th minute lead with a clinical finish from a Laura Coombs pass and they almost added a second as Coombs unleashed a 25-yard shot which struck the bar.
After the break, Norway came back into the game and levelled the scores ten minutes into the second half as Julie Adsero broke through to score. Adsero could even have won it for the Norwegians as she hit the bar shortly afterwards. Both teams therefore progress to the Elite Qualifying Round later in the season.
Scotland's final group game ended in a 2-0 defeat to Italy but they have also safely booked their place in the next phase. Elisa Bartoli gave Italy a first half lead and they sealed the win with a goal from Barbara Bonansea.
However Wales go out of the competition after they were beaten 2-1 by Denmark in their final game.
Wales needed a victory against the group hosts to stand a chance of qualifying but found themselves a goal behind on the half hour when Linette Andreasen netted and the lead was doubled on half time via a controversial penalty, converted by Sofie Pedersen. Lisa Bird scored a consolation goal for Wales with six minutes remaining.
