A change of footwear was all that was needed for new Plymouth Argyle signing, international sprinter Katherine Endacott.
Katherine, who is capable of running 100 metres in 11.4 seconds, found the lure of playing football again too great.
After working with one of Argyle's male first team players over the summer, "...the boots had to go back on for a while," said Katherine. "The Ladies team has tremendous talent and to represent Plymouth Argyle is really something special."
Argyle Chairman Ross Symons expressed his pleasure with the club's new signing. "Katherine is a fantastic athlete, a tremendous talent, and a lovely person," he said. "We understand that her athletics will take priority, but every club needs an element of pace and Katherine has that in abundance.
"To have her as part of our set up will assist all of our players both on and off the pitch. I know we will get 110% from her in every game she plays."
