 Women's Football News 29 Aug 2008
Rochdale continue to set the early pace in the Northern Combination after notching up their second successive victory.
Steph Bell, Lisa Wood and Holly Newman were all on target as Dale defeated Blackpool Wren Rovers 3-0.
Isha Mundell scored a hat-trick as Salford Sports moved into second place, courtesy of a 4-0 success away to Stockport County. Abbie Wynn rounded off the win with the other goal.
After a defeat on the opening day, Bradford City bounced back to record their first win, 3-0 against Middlesbrough.
