Eastern Region League
Neve Mayes led the scoring with a four-goal haul as Royston Town took over the early leadership of the Premier Division by beating Cambridge City 10-0. Emma Slater weighed in with a double and there was one apiece from Lucy Ford, Laura Mills, Lily Hall and Jordanne Sillitoe. Ronnell Humes, Chloe Ions, Kylie Manktelow and Maizie Kelly were all on the scoresheet as second placed Haringey Borough won 4-2 at Enfield Town, whose replies both came from Lauren Cann. St Albans City are the third team on six points, they defeated Watford Development 1-0 with a goal from Alicia Povey. Chloe Martin was on target as Luton Town won 1-0 against Stevenage FC Women and Bowers & Pitsea were 3-0 victors over Needham Market, courtesy of a goal each from Darcy Drewitt, Emma Walpole and Abbey Dell.
Whittlesey Athletic are the only team with two wins from two games in Division One North, on Sunday they beat King’s Lynn Town 5-3, Jenna Nairm hitting a hat-trick along with Lianna Hudson and an own goal. Poppy Whitburn scored the only goal as AFC Dunstable won 1-0 against Real Bedford Res, a result which means they sit in second place, just ahead of Histon who battled out a 2-2 draw with Newmarket Town whose scorers were Millie Docking and Katie Walker. Wootton Blue Cross Lionesses came away from Biggleswade Utd with a 3-0 win under their belts, Kelly Sutton netting twice and Bouthayna Fakraoui the other, and Amber May was on the mark for Thetford Town in their 1-0 success at Mulbarton Wanderers.
Colney Heath are setting the early pace in Division One South after an emphatic win over Cheshunt, in which Amy Phillips and Cally Salter both bagged hat-tricks along with Olivia Corbett (2), Sophie Joseph (2), Melissa Godino, Lacey Kavanagh-Blake, Darci Harewood, Madison Gorton, Mia Simmonds, Eustacia Randles and Abbey Williams. A Nicole Emmings goal earned Hertford Town a 1-0 victory against Wormley Rovers and this leaves them in second, just ahead of Hutton who were 7-2 winners at Frontiers thanks to a Lucy Critchell hat-trick, Daisy Canny, Isobel Crichton, Hayley Critchell and Millie Stacey. Chelmsford City got off the mark by beating Toby Ladies 5-1, Broghan Kelly hitting a hat-trick with Jay Blackie and Emma Rushen adding the others, whilst Jade Horne netted all three goals to power Stanway Pegasus to a 3-0 success against Lawford.
London & South East League
Fulham scored seven times without reply past Millwall Lionesses and this leaves them as the early leaders of the Premier Division on goal difference. Sophie Manzi and Madison Parsonson each netted twice along with Ella Tagliavini, Georgia Heasman and Isabel Taylor-Makepeace. Gabriella Buddle-Smith hit a hat-trick, with Caitlin Savage, Beth Humphrey and Amelia Cutler adding the others as Sutton Utd ran out 6-0 winners at Haywards Heath Town and Saltdean Utd are the third team on six points, they defeated Dorking Wanderers 2-0 thanks to Filippa Millqvist and Georgia Bridges. Dartford won for the first time, 8-0 at the expense of Newhaven, courtesy of an Amy Russ hat-trick, Emily Vaughan (2), Shauni Griffiths, Poppy Payne and Joanne Woodgates. Barking meanwhile edged out Sport London e Benfica by the odd goal in seven, Ammarah Ali scoring two of their goals along with Hannah Jenks-Landen and Laura Bunton.
Brentford occupy top spot in Division One North on virtue of goals scored, following their 4-2 success away to Actonians Ladies Res, Ashley Cheatley netting twice along with Chloe Logie and Kirsty Matthews. Bromley were 5-1 winners over Richmond & Kew and sit in second, Beth Hull bagging a hat-trick with Eloise Bovill and Lucy Rix joining her on the scoresheet. Dulwich Hamlet Res are the third team on maximum points, they beat Clapton Community 2-1 thanks to a brace from Natalia Davila. Ashmount Leigh belatedly began their campaign with a 4-1 victory over AFC Whyteleafe, Rosanne Fine netting twice along with Hannah Williams and Danielle Boyd. Leatherhead scored six times without reply past Richmond Park, including an Aesha Ayimba-Golding hat-trick as well as others from Sophia Richardson-Hughes, Eva Keen and Kacie-May Harlow, while Sofia Harris (2), Jenny Nagle and Elizabeth Rose accounted for the goals as Denham Utd beat Hackney 4-1.
Maya Pritchard and Emily Towner were both on target as Saltdean Utd Development won 2-1 away to Steyning Town Community as this leaves them as the only team on six points, at the top of Division One South. Aylesford put six goals past Soccer Elite Football Academy and this leaves them two points off the pace in second, Kara Richardson netting a hat-trick along with Becky Burnham, Rebecca Keyte and Brittany Harper. Lou Tindall scored the game’s only goal as Montpelier Villa inflicted a first defeat on Hastings Utd whilst Herne Bay came from behind at half time to run out 4-1 winners over Welling Utd, courtesy of a goal apiece by Elena Brock, Stephanie Adby, Abbie Potter and Isobel Lewis-Taggart.
North West League
Leaders Wythenshawe Women and second placed Curzon Ashton did not play on Sunday, allowing the teams behind them a chance to make up some ground. Bury FC Women are now two points off the pace after they won 3-2 against Fleetwood Town Wrens, with Nicole Hatcliffe, Jasmine Dawkes and Murron Alldread all getting on the scoresheet. Darwen defeated Salford City Lionesses 5-0 and an Ashley Tiripke double, as well as an Abby Lester goal, earned FC United of Manchester a 3-2 success away to West Didsbury & Chorlton.
With Bolton Wanderers not having a game, Penrith AFC Ladies replaced them as the leaders of Division One North by winning 6-3 at Blackpool with a goal each from Heather Fawkes, Abbie Forster, Kerri Mallinson, Kim McCormick, Charlotte Smith and Kayleigh Wharton. Accrington Stanley continue to keep pace with Penrith, they also recorded a fourth straight victory when beating Haslingden 4-1 with strikes from Melissa Adamson, Ellie Rice, Niamh Corrigan and Sophie Charlton. Katie Higham, Madison Hadley, Emma Tunstall and Courtney Woodhead accounted for the goals as Preston North End won 4-0 against Fleetwood Town Wrens Res to stay just behind the leading sides but Radcliffe FC Women were beaten for the first time, 3-0 by Atherton Laburnum Rovers whose markswomen were Emma Cossey (2) and Amy Huyton.
Poulton Vics lead the way by three points in Division One South following a 4-1 victory over previously unbeaten Wirral Phoenix. Wigan Athletic are in second after their 5-1 success at Warrington Town and Runcorn Linnets defeated Macclesfield FC Women 6-2 and are third, Mollie Bennett bagging a hat-trick along with Chloe Fairclough (2) and Lile Ashley. Mossley Hill netted ten without reply past Litherland Remyca, spearheaded by a Khadeeja Rhoden hat-trick with others from Mia Howard (2), Faye Stanhope (2), Jodie Mortimer, Millie Critchley and Olivia Ellinson. FC St Helens follow on after beating MSB Woolton 4-1 and Chester FC Women edged out Ellesmere Port Town 1-0.
