East Midlands League
Gainsborough Trinity have gone seven points clear at the top of Division One North after Katy Thornley, Suzannah Robinson and Heather Gardener gave them a 3-0 victory over Sherwood FC Women. Defeat for Sherwood means that Notts County Development have moved above them in the table, up to fourth after beating Arnold Eagles 4-0, Summer Oliff was on target twice along with Ava Niven and Gemma Cornes.
Asfordby Amateurs maintained their title challenge in Division One Central, making it four wins out of four by defeating Beaumont Park 7-1, courtesy of a Sarah Brown hat-trick, Danni Donovan (2), Hannah Green and Jessica West.
One match also went ahead in Division One South, with Emma Aspinall, Samantha Hargrave and Lottie Mould all getting on the scoresheet as Dunton & Broughton Utd defeated third placed Thrapston Town 3-1, Emily Slough replying.
New Bradwell St Peter have gone through to the quarter finals of the League Cup after running out 4-1 winners over Stamford AFC Women, with Emily Hale and Cara Brooker each scoring twice.
In the League Plate, Shannon Ruane and Rebecca Taylor accounted for the goals as Brookside Athletic won 2-1 at Dronfield Town. Sleaford Town meanwhile defeated Long Eaton Utd 6-3 after extra time thanks to a Jade Baker hat-trick, Joanne Wilson, Rachael Howes and Natalie Thomas, and SJR Worksop were 11-1 victors over Belper Town. Millee Herbert-Clarke led the scoring with a four-goal haul, Laura Ferguson hit a hat-trick, Emily Myatt added two and there was one apiece from Lauren Brogan and Emily Murphy.
Eastern Region League
Royston Town have gone twelve points clear at the top of the Premier Division, thanks to a 4-2 victory away to Needham Market, Emma Slater netting twice along with Charlotte South and Lucy Ford. Haringey Borough meanwhile went level on points with second placed Luton Town, Shawna Harvey (2), Kaya Bamber, Nia Garwood, Betty Larkin and Jada Pollendine all finding the net as they defeated Cambridge City 6-0.
One match was played in Division One North but it saw Stevenage Women Development lift themselves out of the bottom three with an important victory, Gemma Franklin scoring the only goal of the game as they won 1-0 against Whittlesey Athletic.
Hutton ensured that they remain firmly in the running in the Division One South title race, moving into the top three by running out 5-1 winners over Stanway Pegasus Women. Emily Clarke led the scoring with a hat-trick and the other goals came from Holly Appleton and Abigail Clarke.
Luton Town are through to the quarter finals of the League Cup, where they will face Real Bedford Res, after a solitary goal from Jess McKay earned them a 1-0 victory away to Watford Development.
Harpenden Town narrowly got the better of AFC Dunstable in the Second Round of the League Plate, edging out AFC Dunstable by the odd goal in seven after extra time. Sophia Amanor was on target twice for Harpenden along with Jaime Curtain and Belle Shannon, with Olivia James, Sian Morris and Poppy Surridge all replying.
London & South East League
Dorking Wanderers have edged closer towards league leaders Dartford, narrowing the gap to three points when they shared a 1-1 draw with mid-table Millwall Lionesses. Victoria Lussambo was on target for Millwall, whilst Dorking netted through Olivia Watson.
Denham Utd have entered the top three in the Division One North table following their 5-1 victory away to Actonians Ladies Res. Brogan Moore hit a hat-trick for Denham and she was joined on the scoresheet by Sofia Harris and Chelsea-Rose Keary, with Darcie Townley replying. Ashmount Leigh meanwhile increased the gap between themselves and the bottom two by beating Hackney 3-2, thanks to a Natalie Stephenson brace and Michelle Ward.
In Division One South, third met fourth and honours were even as Welling Utd and Aylesford fought out a 1-1 draw which probably did neither team any favours. Both goals came in the second half, Beth Hulme was on target for hosts Aylesford, whilst Welling scored through Madeleine Smith. Montpelier Villa notched up their third league victory of the season when beating Steyning Town Community 2-1, goals coming from Tara Barratt and Saskia Taylor-Doyle.
Bromley progressed from the First Round in the League Trophy when they scored ten times without reply past Three Bridges. Leen Winner Ekwo led the scoring with a four-goal haul, Maddie Bone weighed in with a double and there was one apiece from Hannah-Elizabeth Paige, Zoe Cozma, Jade Davenport and Remmi Gardner.
North East League
One match took place in the Premier Division, second placed Ponteland Utd moving to within a single point of leaders Chester-le-Street Town after beating South Shields 4-1. Katie Monaghan, Lucy Pettit, Chloe Wilkinson and McKenzie Darrington were all on target for Ponteland, with Annece Legg replying for the visitors.
In the Northern Division, third placed i2i International Soccer Academy ran out 7-2 winners over Chester-le-Street Utd, to increase the gap between the two teams to five points. Mia Corder led the scoring by bagging a hat-trick, whilst the others came from Harper Page, Michelle Pioquinto Jimenez, Indiana Sinnamon and Kelly Garcia.
North West League
Darwen FC Women have returned to the top of the Premier Division after beating Crewe Alexandra 3-1. Maddison McKenna netted twice and Grace Ratcliffe added the other, with Emma Heath replying. Curzon Ashton are heading the chasing teams after lifting themselves into second with a 4-0 victory against FC United of Manchester. Jessica Cooke gave Curzon a first half lead and after the break, Danielle Young netted a brace before Sanah Mehdi rounded off the scoring.
Bolton Wanderers are continuing to make hay whilst their rivals are not in action, the Division One North front runners extending their lead to nine points by running out 9-1 winners over Fleetwood Town Wrens Res. Faye Knox was on target four times and Neishai Gordon weighed in with a hat-trick, while Madison Hardman and Charlotte Tyers also got on the scoresheet.
South West League
Two of the main Premier Division title challengers came face to face on Sunday and it was leaders Marine Academy Plymouth who picked up a crucial result in their favour, winning 1-0 away to Torquay Utd, Elizabeth Overton scoring the only goal of the game. In the other match to be played, Frampton Rangers returned to winning ways with a 5-2 success against Poole Town, which takes them into the top half of the table for the first time this season. Shannon Francis and Kelly Jones were both on target twice along with Mollie Bourne, whilst Emma King bagged a brace in reply for the Dolphins.
Division One North runaway leaders Gloucester City overcame a first half scare by coming from behind to beat Bath City 4-2 and extend the gap at the top to ten points. Bath led 2-1 at the break through Libby Goater and Shannon Redhouse but Gloucester, who had netted through Laina Warren, hit back in the second half where an Emine Akkurt brace and Margaret Neall saw them to an eleventh straight win. Cirencester Town are back up to second after Shannon King (2), Amelia Dudding, Nikola Biskup and Jodie Bailey took them to a 5-1 success at St Vallier, whose consolation came from Sarah Doidge. Chauntine Lyons and Gabby Menghini were on target for Corsham Town in their 2-1 win away to SGS Olveston Utd, who replied through Rosanna Blacker, and Downend Flyers celebrated their first league victory of the season, a hard fought 3-1 win against Stockwood Wanderers. Annabel Bean netted twice for Downend and Yasmin West was also on target, before Stockwood managed a late reply through Jemima Seagrove.
Yeovil Town have moved into second place in Division One South, their highest position of the season so far, leapfrogging Weymouth in the table after beating them 3-1. Ceyda Fordrey, Abbie Carslake and Zara Hunt were the markswomen for Yeovil, with Annie Redding replying. Weston-super-Mare meanwhile got the better of Sticker Women by the odd goal in eleven, Natasha Crew and Yasmin Moorehead both scoring twice along with Samantha Crew and Katie Sharkey as Weston took the points from a thrilling match, whilst Tori Marks (2), Lauren Bennett, Amber Hadrill and Chloe Harris all responded for Sticker. Louise Wyatt and Sadie Cox were on target for Honiton Town as won 2-1 against Feniton, whose consolation came from Hayleigh Wyle-Smith.
Southern Region League
Ascot Utd head the Premier Division table by nine points as a brace from Beth Lloyd earned them an important 2-1 victory against Wycombe Wanderers, whose consolation came from Kayla Potter. AFC Portchester meanwhile climbed up to second as four first half goals saw them beat Badshot Lea 4-0, with Brooke Marshall and Lucy Nightingale each scoring twice. Woodley Utd staged a second half fightback from two goals down to beat Sholing 3-2, Sarah Lawrence (2) and Lauren Devlin were on target to spearhead the turnaround in favour of Woodley after Siena Millen had scored twice for the home side in the opening twelve minutes. Winchester City Flyers meanwhile ran out 4-1 winners over Reading FC Community Trust thanks to a Libby Wilkinson hat-trick and Annie Northwood.
Beaconsfield Town have gone five points clear at the top of Division One North following their 4-0 victory away to third placed Wycombe Wanderers U23. Katie Riddington netted twice and Lucy Casey the other to put Beaconsfield three ahead at half time, with Henna Hussain rounding off the scoring late on.
In Division One South, AFC Stoneham have taken over as the new leaders after Mia Flood, Aimee Gritt, Chloe Marshall and Mia House fired them to a 4-0 win against Bournemouth Sports Res. Havant & Waterlooville are a further two points adrift in third, they defeated Wimborne Town 5-0 thanks to a Sophie Lee double, Isobel Humphrey, Laurie Potvin and Molly Stoddart. Woking meanwhile won 3-1 against QK Southampton, courtesy of a Gabriella Hobday brace and Bryony Gibbs.
West Midlands League
The top of the table clash in the Premier Division went the way of Lye Town, who defeated Shifnal Town 2-1 to open up a lead of three points. Substitute Britanee Lote was the heroine for Lye as she scored both goals, with Rebecca-Lee Bown on target for Shifnal. Kidderminster Harriers therefore move above Shifnal into second on goal difference, after a Millie Rogers four-goal and Beth Gallagher carried them to a 5-0 success away to Shrewsbury Town. Elsewhere, Alvechurch ran out 4-0 winners over Coventry Sphinx thanks to Alisha Sheridan (2), Anna Bebb and Beth Grady.
There was a change of leadership in Division One North, where Hednesford Town took over at the top following their 2-1 win away to previous leaders Lichfield City. Leigh Dugmore and Laura Sears both scored for Hednesford, whilst Lichfield’s consolation came from Corinna Williams. Although AFC Telford Utd remain in sixth place, they are only two points off the pace after they defeated Rugby Town 4-0, Charlotte Budd hitting a hat-trick and Abi Beady adding the other.
In Division One South, Halesowen Town were unable to take an opportunity to go top when they were held to a 1-1 draw by Hereford Pegasus. Scarlett Teague was on target for Pegasus, whilst Halesowen scored through Kirsty Spencer. Redditch Borough remain handily placed and move above Bromsgrove Sporting into fourth after beating them 4-2, Molly Maguire and Kathryn Pagan each netting twice. Long Itchington ran riot against Leamington Lions, Georgia Barton, Madison Brown and Kiran Sangha all hitting hat-tricks along with Abigail Hastings (2), Ava Barnes, Abbie Bourton, Harriot Jones, Lauren Jones, Georgia Conway, Eva Johnston and Tyler Miller. Iris Fellows and Ella Field both scored for Droitwich Spa in their 2-2 draw against Redditch Utd, whose strikes came from Humera Ashfaq and Marianna Redmond-Lyon.
