The Regional Leagues


East Midlands League


Chesterfield FC Women hold on to top spot after Amy Nowell and Laura Porritt gave them a 2-1 victory away to Anstey Nomads, this means they stay ahead of Rotherham Utd on goal difference following their 3-1 win over Gainsborough Trinity, Sophia Swan (2) and Amy Nelson scoring their goals. Loughborough Foxes Vixens follow on in third, they defeated SJR Worksop 9-1 with Ruby Barnes, Lydia Tilbury-Henry and Milly Wortley all hitting doubles and others from Isabella Armson, Isabel Sheridan and Kelley Francis. Megan Brierley, Millie Mellors and Katie Platts all netted a goal apiece for Mansfield Town in their 3-0 success away to Stamford AFC Women.


Milly North netted twice and Olivia Kershaw added the other as Division One North leaders Grimsby Town Academy ran out 3-0 winners over Notts County Development. This keeps them three points ahead of Dronfield Town who defeated Arnold Town 5-1. Connie Forman scored a hat-trick, with Kirsty Naismith and Rachel Phillips also on the scoresheet, as Newark Town won 5-2 at Cleethorpes Town and Chesterfield Community Trust beat Lincoln Utd Development 2-1, thanks to Esperanza Brodrick and Steph O'Brien.


Long Eaton Utd preserved their four point lead at the top of Division One Central with a 5-3 victory over Melbourne Dynamo. Mia Newton led the scoring with a brace, Georgia Loveless and Macie White added one apiece and an own goal completed the tally. Second placed Nottingham Trent University claimed a third straight win, 3-2 at Basford Utd with Helen Clee, Claudia Dawkins and Sarah Newton all on the scoresheet. Coalville Town Ravens and West Bridgford Colts meanwhile shared a 1-1 draw with Eve Tompkin and Maisy Wynne scoring respectively.


Leicester City Ladies continue to set the pace in Division One South and remain five points clear following their 4-2 victory over Stanground Cardea Sports. Jenna White sealed the points with a late double after earlier strikes from Maisy Dalton and Anastasiia Gablovska. Northampton Town Development continue to head the chasing teams, they defeated Brackley Town Juniors 5-3 thanks to Linda Jespere (2), Sienna Woods, Amelia Turnham and Ava Panesar. Chloe Martin, Francesca Partridge and Jasmine Spence netted the goals for third placed Newport Pagnell Town in their 3-1 success away to Dunton & Broughton Utd. Netherton Utd are out of the bottom two after winning 3-1 against Thrapston FC Women, courtesy of a Katie Steward brace and Codie Steward.


Eastern Region League


Stevenage Women extended their lead to three points as Amber Pearson and Rebecca Edge both hit doubles, with others from Sarah Wiltshire, Amy Gooderham and Gemma Croucher, as they ran out 7-0 winners over Harpenden Town. Royston Town meanwhile replaced Watford Development in second place by beating them 4-1, Laura Mills bagging a brace along with Ailsa Heal and Emma Slater. Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers are up to third, their highest position so far, following their 3-0 win over St Albans City in which Leilah Gooding (2) and Kyla Langan scored. Atletico London defeated Bowers & Pitsea 6-1 thanks to a Brooke Haylock double, Ammarah Ali, Julia Casinha, Ornela Brahaj and Rea Laudat. Maddie Green netted the only goal of the game for Wroxham in their 1-0 success at Haringey Borough and Enfield Town won for only the second time, 2-1 against Hutton with Natasha Cohen scoring both goals.


Histon power on at the top of Division One North, going eight points clear as an Evie Nicholls hat-trick gave them a 3-1 win away to second placed Stevenage Women Development. Real Bedford Res are now level on points with Stevenage following their 2-2 draw with Dunstable Town Lionesses, Lauren Hawkins and Ellie McGirl netting for Real whilst Dunstable's markswomen were Shannon Cullen and Sanam Shahid. Eight goals were shared between Newmaket Town and Colney Heath, with Cerys Bithall (2), Holly Corley and Eden Kirby-Cook all scoring for Newmarket and Colney netting through doubles from Amy Phillips and Anna Gifford, meanwhile Lily Ludford was on target for Biggleswade Utd in their 1-1 draw with Hitchin Belles, who replied via Jordan Rockall. The match between Cambridge City and Thetford Town finished goalless, meaning that Mulbarton Wanderers were the only other winners on the day, 4-1 against Fulbourn Institute Bluebirds courtesy of strikes from Laura Hedtke, Rebekah Lake, Faye Bye and Jade Telfer.


Brentwood Town became only the second team to take points off Division One South leaders Chelmsford City this season, holding them to a 1-1 draw with Maddie Biggs scoring their goal and Zoe Rushen replying. Chelmsford's lead has been cut to a single point by Hashtag Utd Res after they defeated Wormley Rovers 4-1 with Motunrayo Ojobaro, Macey Rothon, Chelise Fleming and Kasey Keen on the scoresheet. Ellie Nicholls netted both goals as Southend Utd picked up an important 2-0 victory over Colchester Utd and Hertford Town were 3-0 victors away to Brantham Athletic, courtesy of an Emma Nolan hat-trick. Toby Women kept themselves out of the bottom two by beating Stanway Pegasus Women 3-1, with April Sykes (2) and Aleah Headley accounting for their goals.


London & South East League


The top of the table clash in the Premier Division went the way of Saltdean Utd, who narrowly beat Brentford 1-0. Naomi Robinson scored the only goal of the game to take Saltdean top, ahead of Brentford on goal difference. There is now a five point gap to Dorking Wanderers, for whom Megan Saunders scored twice along with Charlotte Crook, Helen Ogle and Megan Wood as they beat Newhaven 5-0 to go up to third, ahead of Dartford who went down to their first defeat of the season, 1-0 at Sutton Utd with K'shaela Burch-Waldron netting the decisive goal. Elsa Ejupi and Kayda Townsend were the markswomen for Millwall Lionesses in their 2-0 success against Aylesford whilst Barking scored ten times without reply past Ebbsfleet Utd, Asanteni Charles bagging a hat-trick and other goals coming from Dan Carlton, Shawna Harvey, Miquellah Meade, Emilia Parsons, Lydia Willis and Fran Pridie. Mhairi Crooks and Charlotte Close both scored equalisers to earn Ashford Town (Middlesex) a 2-2 draw against Sport London e Benfica, who had twice taken the lead through Kendal Drake and Monica Ferreira.


Division One North leaders Hammersmith quickly got back to winning ways with a 4-0 success against Herne Bay, with Madeleine Hills, Iona Bennett, Selin Buyukgiray and Keishia-Farah Luboya all on the scoresheet. Bromley remain seven points behind in second, with two games in hand, they ran out 5-0 winners at Hackney courtesy of Jade Davenport, Beth Hull, Phoebe Murton, Morgan Searle and Maddison Chamney-Farrand. Leigha Bradding-Butler hit a hat-trick and Maria Mendonca added the other as third placed Clapton Community won 4-1 at Ashford Utd. Anna Kimberley, Sanaa Williams, Virginia Somers, Shanice Etherington and Anna Maria Cruz accounted for the goals as Camden Town defeated Richmond & Kew 5-0 whilst AFC Greenwich Borough went three better, scoring eight times without reply past Soccer Elite Football Academy, Hannah Baker netting twice along with Ellie-Mae Hogan, Atlanta McLean, Eliza Brooks, Jasmine Harris, Milly Penfold and Molly Hawkins.


Bognor Regis Town have gone three points clear in Division One South, they defeated Frimley Green 7-0 thanks to a Kim Fuller hat-trick, Lillie-Mae Bromley double, Millie Carter and Alice Gue. Eastbourne Borough are up into second on goal difference, Charlotte Gurr, Kellie Larkin, Abigail Tucker and Nicole Baitup giving them a 4-1 victory over Bexhill Utd. Rosanne Fine and Natalie Stephenson were the markswomen for Ashmount Leigh as they won 2-0 away to Steyning Town Community.


North East League


The top of the table clash in the Premier Division went the way of Bradford City, who opened up a lead of four points when Hannah Markey, Sydney Schenk and Imani Todman gave them a 3-0 victory over Thornaby Women. Spennymoor Town won 4-0 at Harrogate Town to go second, Sophie Hodgson bagging a brace along with Ellie Wise and Amy Richardson. Georgia Latto, Libby Rees and Chloe Young fired Alnwick Town to a 3-0 win against Wallsend Boys Club and South Shields were 3-1 victors at Ossett Utd thanks to Faye Killeen, Tianna Hill and Annece Legg. Brunsmeer Athletic meanwhile won for the second time, beating Sunderland West End 4-1 with Harriet Lloyd, Nat Shaw, Bradie Wild and Libby Hallam all on the scoresheet.


Gateshead Rutherford Ladies have gone three points clear in the Northern Division after winning 5-3 against Norton & Stockton Ancients Res, Melissa Scott hitting a hat-trick along with Ava Hindson and Jessica Ellison. With Washington Women not having a game, Birtley Town have replaced them in second place with a 5-0 victory over Redcar Town, courtesy of a Nichole Havery double, Michaela Sewell, Christine Murray and Sophie Winship. Steph Reyes and Danielle Nanga gave i2i International Soccer Academy a 2-0 win at Stockton Town whilst Berwick Rangers Community Academy edged out Park View 3-2, courtesy of Jenny Patterson, Michelle Stewart and Rebecca Wood. Hartlepool Utd ran out 4-1 winners over Wallsend BC Res, Evie Smith netting twice along with Grace Raw and Poppy Todd.


Leeds Modernians continue to set the pace in the Southern Division, Shameeka Fishley, Leah Garbutt and Crystal Boyce giving them a 3-1 win over Ilkley Town. Handsworth leapt above Altofts Ladies into second place after beating them 4-2 with strikes from Abby Watkinson (2), Mya Carnall and Danielle Pinder. Farsley FC Women came away from York City Development with a 4-2 victory under their belts, courtesy of a goal apiece from Imogen Nichols, Shirley Murphy, Mystee Kearns and Katie Priestley. Dani Anthony (2) and Ashlee Brack were on target as Lower Hopton beat Sheffield Wednesday 3-2 to move level on points with them and Rossington Main defeated Millmoor Juniors Ladies 5-2, Phoebe Sneddon on target twice with others from Sarah Black, Olivia Darley and Lauren Breen.


North West League


League leaders AFC Fylde went through to the Second Round of the Alliance Design & Print Cup with an emphatic victory against MSB Woolton. Molly Kelly led the scoring with a four-goal haul and Demi Devereaux contributed a brace, with Teal Dunion, Grace Hindley, Emily Chadwick, Freya Smith and Ruby Hulme adding the others. Mancunian Unity were 2-0 winners over FC St Helens and FC United of Manchester notched up a seven-goal victory over Nantwich Town, courtesy of Meesha Dudley-Jones (2), Hannah Williams, Elle Turner, Hollie O'Neill and two own goals. Loran Stratton (2) and Katie Bowers-Folan steered Tranmere Rovers to a 3-1 victory over Poulton Vics whilst Crewe Alexandra won 3-0 at Altrincham with Gracie Foster, Emilia Edwards and Kyia Lancaster on the scoresheet. In the all-Premier Division clashes, Grace Devally, Chloe Henderson, Darcy Bancroft, Naomi Lawrence and an own goal took West Didsbury & Chorlton to a 5-0 victory at Bury FC Women whilst Curzon Ashton edged out Fleetwood Town Wrens on penalties following a 1-1 draw. Melissa Adamson netted four times for Accrington Stanley in their 7-2 win at Mossley Hill, Zara Oomman, Isabella Tennant and Maisy Dooley adding the others, while Sophie Coates (2), Phoebe Duckworth and Daisy Mason saw Rochdale to a 4-2 victory over Morecambe. Emily Mason and Heather Fawkes were on target for Penrith AFC Ladies as they beat Salford City Lionesses 2-1, meanwhile Warrington Town defeated Blackpool in a penalty shootout following a 2-2 draw. Runcorn Linnets ran out 3-1 winners over Ashton Town with Mollie Bennett, Emma McLarney and Sophie Rotheram on the scoresheet whilst braces from Niamh Fogarty and Jasmine Ripley saw Atherton Laburnum Rovers beat AFC Crewe 4-1.


In Division One North, Haslingden came from two goals behind at half time to win 3-2 against Chorley Women Development. Beth MacDonald reduced the arrears on the hour mark, before Gabrielle Johnson and Charlotte Whalley turned the match around in Haslingden's favour.


Wigan Athletic moved themselves closer towards the mid-table positions in Division One Central when they defeated Radcliffe FC Women 3-0 with Aimee Woodward netting twice and Isobel Ball adding the other.


One match was also played in Division One South, Wirral Phoenix lifting themselves up into third place when first half goals from Shaney Bond and Jessica Smylie earned them a 2-1 win away to Macclesfield FC Women.  


South West League


Two first half goals, scored by Sarah Doidge and Lucy Atkinson, gave AEK Boco a 2-1 victory away to Gloucester City which keeps them two points ahead at the top of the Premier Division. Poole Town currently head the chasing teams, Lucy Coalter netting twice along with Beth Anderson and Maisie Riley as they won 4-2 at Pucklechurch Sports, whose replies came from Tianna Bishop and Charlotte Pilgrim. Sherborne Town kept up their improving form with a 9-1 success against Bishop's Lydeard, leaving them three points off the pace in third. Chloe Snook was on target four times along with Imogen Miller (2), Dakota Enikova, Charlotte Harmer and Lannece Hole, with Holly Meakins netting a consolation for the visitors. Beth Prouse and Hayley Ranachan were on target for Saltash Utd as they defeated Frampton Rangers 2-1 to complete a quickfire double over their opponents, Shannon Francis replying.


Mangotsfield Utd stay on top of Division One North but saw their winning start come to a halt when they shared a 2-2 draw with Downend Flyers in their local derby clash. Ffion Robinson scored both goals to earn Downend a share of the spoils whilst Sophie Stock and Bryony Higgs were on target for Mangotsfield. Whitchurch Ladies closed the gap on the leaders to a single point when they defeated Gloucester City Res 4-2. Faith Constable, Emily Plummer, Hannah Gillett and Ilarna Nche all scored for Whitchurch, with Hollie Handisides and Liane Tichy replying. Briony Hurd, Madeline Elliott and Lauren Bulley accounted for the goals as Royal Wootton Bassett Town moved up to third with a 3-1 win over Bitton, whose consolation came from Bella Tweddle. Cirencester Town returned to winning ways when scoring five times without reply at AFC Brislington, Jodie Bailey and Annie Martin each scoring twice along with Phoebe McGouran. Gabrielle Culley (2) and Shannon Redhouse were on target for Corsham Town in their 3-2 success at Stockwood Wanderers, whose replies came via Maddison Stadden and Charley Friend, and Bath City Women edged out Paulton Rovers by the odd goal in seven. Maddy Brown, Jasmine Rennie, Tara Taylor and Phoebe Walls were the Romans' markswomen, with Paulton netting through Alice Ford, Aimee Michell and an own goal.


Yeovil Town strengthened their place at the top of Division One South by winning 2-1 away to Weston-super-Mare, Lily Simmons and Jodi Cornwall both scoring for Yeovil and Elizabeth Slater replying. Ceyda Fordrey and an own goal meanwhile took Wells City into second place by defeating Feniton 2-0.


Southern Region League


The Second Round of the League Cup took centre stage on Sunday and Wycombe Wanderers moved through to the last sixteen with a 6-0 victory over Oxford City, Chloe Melton on target twice along with Ailish Carolan, Jordanne Atkins, Kayla Potter and Ellen Wardlaw. Winchester City Flyers came through a difficult tie away to Division One North leaders Denham Utd with a 3-2 win, courtesy of a Chelsie Hay brace and Shayne Prasad, whilst Slough Town edged out Woodley Utd 1-0 with a first half goal from Sajunae Turner. AFC Portchester had a smoother passage, winning 4-0 at Badshot Lea with goals from Sophie Bell, Charmaine True, Layla Morgan and Lauren Aitken, and Olivia Glover (2) and Scarlett Kirby gave Southampton Women a 3-1 win at Sholing. Two matches went all the way to penalties, Fleet Town and Penn & Tylers Green getting through at the expense of Wimborne Town and Bournemouth Sports Res respectively. Violet Alen, Keira Smith and Zoe Ridley gave Andover New Street a 3-1 victory over AFC Stoneham and Beaconsfield Town defeated Chesham Utd Development 6-1 courtesy of Evie Bloxham-Phillips (2), Henna Hussain (2), Freya Harris and Katie Riddington. Kelly Rutledge and Ellie Stalley were on target for Farnborough FC Women in their narrow 2-1 success at Havant & Waterlooville and Larkspur Rovers progressed by beating Shaftesbury 3-1 with strikes from Savana Fearon (2) and Polina Avramova.


One match was played in Division One North and it saw Abingdon Utd Development go level on points with leaders Denham Utd after beating Oxford City Development 3-0. April England, Beth Hawtin and Jessica Exell all scored a goal apiece for Abingdon.


There was also a single match which took place in Division One South but it produced twelve goals and a change in leadership! Farnham Town have gone back to the top of the table following an 8-4 victory away to AFC Varsity. Iesha Swaby led the scoring for Farnham with a hat-trick, Rebecca Price weighed in with a double and there was one apiece from Nicole Leys, Emily Foss and Rachael Manley.


West Midlands League


Premier Division Shifnal Town made it six wins out of six with a 3-1 success at Solihull Moors with Rebecca-Lee Bown, Ruby Meeson and Emily Cooper on target. Redditch Borough stay three points after winning a high scoring match, narrowly getting the better of previously unbeaten Coventry Sphinx by the odd goal in eleven. Alisha Sheridan led the scoring for Borough with a hat-trick and she was joined on the scoresheet by Jessica Hood, Katie Jamieson and Molly Maguire. Shrewsbury Town kept up their good start by beating Burton Albion 4-2 with a Katie Doster double, Zoe Griffiths and Molly Wright and despite a goal from Natasha Baptiste, Lye Town were pegged back to a 1-1 draw by Hednesford Town who scored through Remaya Osbourne. Port Vale defeated Alvechurch 2-1 with goals from Sophie Bwalya and Lily Jackson, whilst Leek Town won for the first time, 3-2 at Coundon Court thanks to a Katie Maya hat-trick.


Walsall FC Women have opened up a lead of three points in Division One North following their 2-0 win away to Telford Town, Rhiannon Bate and Chloe Astell scoring their goals. A win would have taken Newcastle Town up to second but they went down to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Chasetown.


In Division One South, leaders Bromsgrove Sporting scored seven times without reply past Kingfisher. Ashleigh Kennedy and Elloise Russell each bagged braces and the others from Bethany Breen, Ruby Brett and Alice Eva. They stay one point ahead of Knowle who defeated Worcester City Res 5-1 thanks to Darcey Garner (2), Jessica Barlow, Trina Greaves and Nicole Jakeways, whilst Leamington Lions lost a little ground when they drew 2-2 with Halesowen Town. Georgina Roebuck earned Leamington a point with a second half equaliser to add to Naomi Morgan's earlier strike, whilst Halesowen netted through Imogen Butler and Alix Williams. Georgia Marrett, Libby Drapier and Ameerah Ishola accounted for the goals as Droitwich Spa won 3-2 away to Crusaders and Redditch Utd ran out 5-1 winners over Hereford Pegasus, Abbie Hyland hitting a hat-trick along with Abbie Siverns and Nieve Newman.
