McAneny is SWPL player of the month
Maria McAneny and Natasha Donaghy have collected the February 2025 Scottish Women’s Premier League (SWPL) Player of the Month awards, supported by Park’s Motor Group.
With this being the first SWPL Player of the Month nomination of her career, McAneny wins the award following a pair of impressive performances in the month. She scored three goals in two games during February, bringing her to a total of nine goals and four assists in 25 matches, across the League and Sky Sports Cup, for Celtic this season.
