Wales and Czech Republic battled out a goalless draw in front of a record crowd for a Wales women's friendly international in a game in which defences largely dominated in Newport.
The game was most notable for Loren Dykes becoming only the second Welsh footballer to win 100 caps for her country and the occasion was marked by the full back wearing the captain's armband.
The Wales team wore black armbands in memory of Sophie Ingle's father, who recently passed away, and showing support for the Geoff Smith Foundation.
The first real opening of the game came on 17 minutes when Kayleigh Green's lay off set up Jessica Fishlock in the area but she blazed her shot over the bar when well placed.
Helen Ward was next to break into the area, where her shot hit the side netting. The striker then had an effort charged down after an Angharad James cross had been half cleared, moments later the Czech Republic were on the attack themselves but Antonie Starova's long range strike drifted harmlessly over.
A low shot from Kayleigh Green caused problems for Barbora Votikova as it bounced just in front of her, turning it round the post for a corner. This was the last opportunity of a first half which ended goalless.
Wales were on the attack again at the start of the second half and a good nod down from Green, from Fishlock's chipped pass, picked out Natasha Harding but she was unable to take the ball in her stride and it was scrambled away.
There was a scare for Wales on the hour when a loose pass across goal was intercepted by Jitka Chlastakova, who had come on as a substitute just minutes earlier, and she curled a shot inches wide.
Chlastakova was impressing on the wing after coming on and a good cross from her was met by a header from Lucie Martinkova, which was held above her head by Laura O'Sullivan.
Wales rallied in the final ten minutes with a Dykes cross which caused a bit of concern for Votikova but landed on the roof of the net, then after a corner was half cleared, Fishlock's shot on the turn was deflected narrowly wide.
The final chance went the way of the Czech Republic, more good work from the impressive Chlastakova saw her set up Katerina Buzkova who took a touch before sending her shot over.
