Arsenal have boosted their squad ahead of the new season with the signings of Lia Walti and Tabea Kemme, both from Turbine Potsdam.
25-year-old midfielder Walti joined Turbine Potsdam in 2013, and went on to captain the side.
She previously played in Switzerland for YB Frauen, where she won the Nationalliga A and played in the UEFA Champions League.
Lia has made 54 appearances for the Swiss national team.
A versatile player, Kemme first joined Turbine Potsdam at the age of 14.
Throughout her time with the German side Tabea developed her style of play, playing as a forward for the early part of her career, and she has since become one of the most versatile players in the world.
In her 140 appearances for Turbine Potsdam, she has won the UEFA Women's Champions League and the Frauen-Bundesliga.
The 26-year-old Germany international has represented her country since youth level. She now has 41 caps for the senior team. Tabea also impressed in the Germany side that won gold an the 2016 Olympic Games.
Off the pitch, Tabea is a qualified police officer.
Gunners boss Joe Montemurro told www.arsenal.com: "Lia is a fantastic midfielder. She will give us another experienced option in that position. Her work rate is impressive, and her professionalism will shine through.
"Tabea brings a wealth of experience to the squad. She knows first hand what it takes to be successful in Europe and the Women's Champions League, and we will benefit from her knowledge."
