The teams who occupied the bottom four positions in the Southern Division were the ones who were in action on Sunday; West Ham Utd and Gillingham each picking up an important point after their meeting finished goalless.
Queen's Park Rangers meanwhile recorded their second victory of the season, running out 4-1 winners away to Swindon Town whose search for their first points still goes on.
Recent signing Helen Ogle made a great impact for her new club as she led the scoring for Rangers with a hat-trick and Kasha Petit weighed in with the other goal, while Swindon's consolation came from Mia Mugford.
West Bromwich Albion have moved out of the bottom three places in the Northern Division after battling out a 1-1 draw with mid-table Nottingham Forest.
