Huddersfield Town hold onto the leadership of the Northern Division despite going down to a 2-0 defeat at home to Blackburn Rovers. Abby Bennett and Georgia Stevens scored the goals for Blackburn who are three points off the pace but with two games in hand. Ella Schikoff netted the only goal as Fylde Ladies beat Hull City 1-0 to go level on points with Huddersfield whilst Newcastle Utd stay close at hand after doubles from Jessica Ellison and Siobhan Jones gave them a 4-0 win away to Brighouse Town. Middlesbrough meanwhile defeated Bradford City 5-0 thanks to goals from Bianca Owens (2), Harriet Dryden, Taylor Hebb and Millie Bell.
 
Leicester City Women maintained their lead of two points in the Midland Division after Gabriella Reid (2), Lekeisha Gumumbs and Simran Singh earned them a 4-1 success away to Nottingham Forest. Emily Curteis scored the only goal as Stoke City beat Derby County 1-0 to remain in second place, narrowly ahead of West Bromwich Albion who won 2-0 at Cardiff City Ladies courtesy of Kate Wright and Abbie-Jayne Moore.
 
In the Southern Division, third placed Portsmouth ran out 4-0 winners over West Ham Utd with braces from Rebecca Bell and Kayleigh Tonks. Crystal Palace follow on after beating C & K Basildon 7-2, Gemma Bryan was on target four times along with Alma Donohue (2) and Leesa Haydock.
 
Tottenham Hotspur secured their place in the Reserve Section League Cup Final with a 3-2 victory over Milton Keynes Dons thanks to Emily Masters, Amy Makewell and an own goal.
 
Holders Arsenal are through to the FA WSL Development League Cup Final once again after beating Sunderland 2-0 with goals from Rianna Dean and Anna Patten (see match report). They will be up against Bristol City who won 4-2 against Liverpool after extra time. Gabriella Bird scored twice for City along with Amy Goddard and Lauren Hemp, with Kess Elmore and Mollie Green replying.
 
In the Northern Division, Durham Women defeated Sheffield FC 5-1 with a goal apiece from Tyler Dodds, Hannah Greenwood, Louise Welch, Sasha Adamson and Caroline Dixon. In the other game, Notts County were 1-0 winners over Everton.
 
Sara Tubby was on target five times as Southern Division leaders Brighton & Hove Albion won 8-3 against London Bees. Danielle Rowe, Bethan Roe and Annie Rolf added the other goals for the Seagulls who lead the table by three points. Chelsea replaced Reading FC Women in second place after beating them 3-1 with strikes from Lauren Pickett, Kenni Thompson and Molly Pike. Chloe Dunn netted the only goal of the game as Watford won 1-0 against Oxford Utd.
