Scotland and Wales battled out a 1-1 draw in their second match of their UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship second qualifying round group.
Scotland had the better of things in the first half and were frustrated on numerous occasions by shots just wide of the mark and a string of saves by Wales goalkeeper Ffion Ashman. However they did take the lead on the half hour mark through Fiona Brown.
After the break, Wales began to fight back and got back on level terms when Rachel Hignett set up Hannah Keryakoplis for the equaliser.
In the other group game, France beat Switzerland 2-0 to confirm themselves as group winners with a match to spare, with Wales in second place after two draws. The final matches are played on Friday with Wales facing France and Scotland taking on Switzerland.
