Scotland made sure of getting off to a winning start in their UEFA Under-17 Championship First Qualifying Round group with a 1-0 victory over Romania in their opening match.
Caroline Weir scored the only goal of the game on the stroke of half time to ensure the three points for Pauline Hamill's side.
The other match in the group ended in a 1-0 win for hosts Austria over Ukraine and Scotland's next match is against Austria on Friday in Lindabrunn. A victory would virtually ensure that the Scots will make it through to the next phase and they would be in a good position to wrap that up when they complete their group matches on Monday against Ukraine.
