Ellen White scored the only goal of the game to keep Leeds Carnegie on top of the National Division with a 1-0 victory over Nottingham Forest. The England international striker struck in the 14th minute to put her side's title challenge back on track following their defeat at the weekend. Arsenal remain on their shoulders in second place after they defeated Millwall Lionesses 5-1. Kim Little netted twice in the opening half hour and Ciara Grant added a third early in the second half, before Emma Beckett reduced the arrears from the penalty spot. Rachel Yanley restored the three-goal advantage and Helen Lander rounded off the victory with the final goal in the dying minutes. Chelsea went back into third place as they ran out 3-0 winners over Birmingham City. Rebecca Jane gave them an eighth minute lead and they went on to seal the points with second half goals from Dunia Susi and Cherelle Albert.
