Mark on duty at Palace
 Women's Football News 30 May 2009

Crystal Palace are pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Saunderson as part of their senior coaching team for the upcoming 2009-10 season.

The former WGC Fulham manager, who won the Manager of the Year award in 2007-08, will undertake his first role within the club when aiding current manager Quinton Naidoo and his team on Sunday 14th June when they conduct their open senior trials. For further details, please visit the Crystal Palace Ladies website at www.cplfc.com.

Quinton Naidoo commented on the club website: "We are thrilled to have Mark join us. Mark brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the ladies' game. He will have a very hands-on approach which can only benefit the squad for next season.

"This has been a very long, hard and disappointing season for us, but the appointment of Mark shows that we are serious on challenging for promotion next season. I feel this can be achieved by bringing in people like Mark who have a winning mentality."

If you are interested in attending the trials, please e-mail Natalie Curtis on nat_cplfc@hotmail.com for further details.
