The Kimmins Division Two Cup Final saw an exciting game with Division Two title winners Penzance going down 2-1 to Charlestown. The match was end to end excitement, with Penzance dangerous on the break but Charlestown defending well and holding their own, with the half time score 0-0. Shortly into the second half, Penzance opened the scoring through top scorer Candice Britten but Charlestown were unperturbed and continued to take the game to the Magpies, their efforts paying off as they levelled through Sarah Hawken. Extra time was looming as both sides battled to break the deadlock and when Charlestown were awarded a free kick on the edge of the area, up stepped Hawken to give keeper Grace Rudlin no chance with a stunning strike.
