Southampton Saints will finish as runners-up in the Southern Region League Premier Division after a 3-1 away win on Tuesday night at Henley Town. Second half goals from Stacey Angliss and Taz Pardoe (2) sent the Saints back to Hampshire in a buoyant mood. With an average age of just under eighteen, manager Adam Lee was delighted with his youngsters this season and said: "Southampton Saints' youth set up is now coming to the fore and the club's future looks very bright. This season was to consolidate our position in the league and rebuild but our young ladies have exceeded all expectations and to say I am proud of them is definitely an understatement." Saints still have league games away game at Slough Town on Sunday and an away game to Southampton Women (TBA). On May 17th they will play League Champions Havant & Waterlooville in the League Cup Final.
