Barnet stepped up their promotion challenge in the Southern Division with a 3-0 victory over Ipswich Town, which takes the Bees into third place. Claire Thomas opened the scoring for Barnet two minutes before the second half with Stacey Sowden adding a second, before Thomas completed her double in the dying minutes. Barnet are now seven points behind leaders Charlton Athletic, with two games in hand. Colchester Utd continued their revival by winning 3-1 away to Brighton & Hove Albion, who remain at the foot of the table. Helen Bass gave the U's a sixth minute lead which was doubled on the stroke of half time by Laura Guyon, and Hannah Porter grabbed the third just after the hour. An own goal from Emma Dunmore proved to be a late consolation goal for Brighton, ten minutes from time. Truro City claimed a precious point in their fight for survival and put a dent in Portsmouth's title hopes as the sides shared six goals. Lisa Langrish put Pompey in front before Sarah Mansfield netted a double for Truro, but Langrish ensured the scoreline was all square at the interval. Truro soon went back in front through Leanne Lapham and Kirsty McGee replied to earn Portsmouth a point.
