Hot shot Helen Lander fired Watford to a 4-1 win away to Blackburn Rovers with a four-goal haul against the Lancashire side. The Welsh international striker had already scored a hat-trick against Rovers earlier in the season and she is now in second place in the National Division goalscoring chart with a tally of 15, although she still trails leader Kelly Smith by seven goals. Lander scored twice in the period leading up to half time and added a couple more just after the hour mark, before Blackburn's own prolific goalscorer, Katie Anderton, scored a consolation for her side. The win takes Watford back into fifth place, above Birmingham City and narrowly behind Doncaster Rovers Belles.
