Blackpool Wren Rovers turned in a great performance to beat Northern Combination high fliers Rochdale 3-1 and earn themselves a trip to Premier League side Curzon Ashton in the Third Round.
Carly Loughran netted two of the goals for Blackpool, with Michelle Brindle also on target.
Wellingborough Diamonds will be at home to Derby County following their 6-1 victory against Leicester City LFC. Mikaela Welford led the scoring for the Diamonds with a hat-trick, Vicky Gallagher weighed in with a double and Aileen Whelan was also on target.
Wolverhampton Wanderers will be hoping to embark on another Cup run following their 3-0 success away to Leafield Athletic. Anna Perks gave Wolves a first half lead and they went on to secure victory through second half strikes from Anne Johnson and Amber Quick. Wolves now have an intriguing local derby tie away to Aston Villa.
Loughborough Students came through a difficult away tie to Stoke City with a 2-1 victory and have landed themselves a plum tie in the Third Round, at home to last season's semi finalists OOH Lincoln. Gabbi Pughsley and Sarah Ronald netted the goals for the Students.
A 6-2 victory away to Swindon Town means that Luton Town must now make the trip to play Brighton & Hove Albion.
Bianca Baptiste scored the only goal of the game as Enfield Town defeated Norwich City 1-0 to set themselves up with a home tie against Colchester Utd in the Third Round.
One Second Round tie is still yet to be completed, with Lewes and Bedford Town Bells competing for the right to play at home to Chesham Utd.
