Keynsham Town returned to the top of the Southern Division, thanks to a 2-1 victory over Truro City. Tanja Andjelkovic gave Keynsham a first half lead which was doubled before the break by Ashley Reinecke and, despite Sarah Mansfield pulling a goal back for Truro, Keynsham held to go ahead of previous leaders Charlton Athletic who did not have a game. Millwall Lionesses stay in third place as they conceded their first points of the season when being held to a goalless draw by Portsmouth. Colchester Utd and West Ham Utd shared four goals, a result which keeps the Hammers in fourth, three points off the pace. All of the goals came in the opening half hour, Jessica Barling and Sam Pittuck twice putting West Ham ahead with the U's levelling through Helen Bass and Laura Guyon on each occasion. Barnet returned to winning ways with a 6-1 success away to Ipswich Town. Danielle Murphy and Stacey Sowden gave Barnet a first half advantage which was halved before the interval by Amy Warnes but after the break, Sowden completed her double before Cheryl Williams netted twice in a minute on the hour mark. Claire Thomas wrapped up the win with the final goal in the dying minutes. Brighton & Hove Albion and Crystal Palace remain in the bottom three after the sides shared a 1-1 draw. Katie Hodges gave Brighton a flying start when putting them ahead in the fourth minute, with Palace hitting back midway through the second half and earning themselves a share of the spoils through Jade McDermott.
