![]() Jemma, from Sutton Coldfield, has been playing with Albion' first team for the last few seasons and was asked to attend a training camp for the Republic of Ireland in the summer and then gained her place in the touring squad. Jemma qualifies to play as her father is from the Republic of Ireland. The tour will see Jemma play the USA national team, who are current Olympic champions, and get the chance to grace such venues as Giants Stadium in New York. The news follows on from a line of successes for West Bromwich Albion WFC with all six of their age groups teams winning at the weekend, finishing with the first team's 3-2 victory over local rivals Wolves. First team manager Chris Holloway commented: "With the hard work going in from the young age groups upwards, it is a very promising future for our club. Hopefully we will have many more international players representing their country and West Bromwich Albion WFC."
