![]() The Arsenal and England star, who also runs her own football school in North London, put on a session with participants from two local girls clubs before signing autographs for the girls and posing for photographs. She then took part in a Q & A session with the coaches as she answered questions on a range of subjects including introducing heading to young players, her biggest influences and her coaching aspirations for the future. London FA's Women's & Girls' Officer (North London), Natalie Huntley, commented: "It's great to get such a high profile name as Rachel to come and deliver a session. It was really good for the coaches in attendance to be given the opportunity to ask her questions about her session and also get advice on what they can do when they are coaching back at their clubs. "It's essential that London's female coaches see that there are opportunities to watch other coaches deliver sessions and attend these kind of events to get more ideas. With more of these events taking place in the future, there are now more opportunities to progress your coaching than ever before." Following her demonstration at the London FA event, Rachel Yankey had another impressive performance on Sunday, scoring a hat-trick as Arsenal beat Charlton 6-2 in the Premier League Cup - ideal preparation for England's two crucial Euro 2009 qualifiers at the end of the month.
