Scotland went down to another odd goal defeat in their second Cyprus Cup match, losing 1-0 to Holland.
Scotland Head Coach Anna Signeul was extremelly disapointed after their defeat, not because the team did not perform but because Scotland were the dominant team.
Scotland controlled most of the match and lost to an unlucky goal from Karin Steven in the fourth minute in the second half.
Anna Signeul told www.scottishfa.co.uk: "The team were very good, they played well and dominated the match, especially the first half with plently of pressure and pace. The Netherlands goal was their only chance and unfortunately we lost concentration for a second and that was all it took for the Netherlands to get one in the net."
Canada, who are Scotland's next opponents, also played today against Japan and it was Canada who took the points by beating Japan 3-0 due to a hat-trick from Christine Sinclair.
Scotland: Gemma Fay, Ifeoma Dieke, Michelle Kerr, Joanne Love, Amanda Burns, Kim Little, Megan Sneddon, Julie Fleeting, Pauline Hamill, Leanne Ross, Jennifer Beattie. Subs: Rhonda Jones, Amy MacDonald, Suzanne Grant, Stacey Cook, Natalie Ross, Hollie Thomson.
