Celtic emerged as 4-2 winners over Glasgow City from the tie of the round in the Unite
Scottish FA Cup.
Hayley Cunningham, Nicole Findlay, Suzanne Malone and Clare Gemmell netted the goals for Celtic to eliminate the Cup winners from two seasons ago.
However the result of the day went to Dundee Utd who ousted SWPL high fliers Edinburgh Ladies 2-0. Laurie Denney netted a goal in each half to send United - who have already won the SWFL League Cup this season - into the Third Round.
FC Kilmarnock won the other all-SWPL tie, 3-0 against Queen's Park, whilst other Premier League clubs came through tricky ties against teams from the division below. Forfar Farmington were narrow
3-2 winners away to Falkirk whilst Vale of Clyde beat Buchan Ladies 3-0.
Holders Hibernian eased through with an emphatic 19-0 victory over Aberdeen University, who play three divisions below the double winners. Pamela Liddell scored a hat-trick for Hamilton Academicals as they defeated Linwood Rangers 5-1 and Raith Rovers scored five without reply against Royal High Thistle. Inverness LFC meanwhile won the battle between two of the SWFL title chasers, 2-0 over Dalkeith.
Four Second Round ties are yet to be decided but the other teams into the last sixteen are Cowdenbeath, Troon and Maryhill.
