Streatham Strikes
 Women's Football News 21 Dec 2007
There is a new ladies Football Club forming in the South London area under the name of Streatham Strikes.
The Club is playing at the Norbury Sports Centre, which is located in SW London. They train every Saturday mornings from 9.15am until around 10.30am. Any players aged 16 and over wanting to join in can call Genevieve on (07859) 952652.
Matches so far have been played on Thursday evenings but this is flexible as they are also looking for home and away friendly matches in order to get some league experience for the 2008-09 season.
The ladies would also be able to travel a reasonable distance for matches, so if there are other teams looking for friendlies, or if you wish more details about playing or sponsorship opportunities at this new club, please do not hesitate to contact Genevieve on the above telephone number.
