Texas Lightning about to strike

Newcastle United`s FA Centre of Excellence under-16 squad will host Dallas side Texas Lightning on Tuesday 20 November at Coach Lane with a 7.15pm kick off. 
As part of their visit to the region, the friendly game will give spectators the opportunity to view the standard of a top club from the USA whilst also seeing the rapid growth of the female sport in the region.
Rob Atkin, Newcastle Centre Director, said: "We are really pleased to be able to give our players the chance to play against top class opposition from the States. We hope to attract a good turn out of players and supporters of all ages to get first hand experience of the the top players at under-16 age group"
Entry to the game is free and everyone is welcome.
