Chelsea killed off the resistance of Charlton Athletic and ran out 4-0 winners to lift themselves into the top half of the Northern Division.
Despite some heroics from Becky Musial in goal, including 'Gordon Banks style' save early on, Charlton went one behind just before half time when Sian Larkin hooked in the rebound after a shot was blocked.
Chelsea went on to seal the win after the break through a double from Danielle Buet and Casey Stoney, who rounded off the scoring six minutes from time with a goal against her former club.
Everton kept up their unbeaten start to the season but were given a late scare in their 2-1 victory away to Doncaster Rovers Belles. Fara Williams, from the penalty spot and Natasha Dowie - her first for the club - put Everton ahead within the opening 23 minutes, with Veronica Contoro giving the Belles late hope by pulling a goal back via a stunning free kick.
