WFC Fulham moved to within one point of the leadership in the Southern Division after hitting fourteen goals without reply against Reading Royals.
After losing their opening game, the Whites have now won six league games in a row and it was Danielle Farmer who led their scoring with a five-goal haul. Ann Marie Heatherson added four, Leah Jones bagged a hat-trick and Sarah Lipscombe netted the other two against her old club.
Barnet are another team hitting form after a slow start and they are in fourth place after easing to a 4-0 win at AFC Team Bath. Gemma Rudman opened the scoring midway through the first half with Stacey Sowden added the second. After the break, Holly Sandow increased Barnet's advantage and Sowden rounded off the win by completing her double.
Keynsham Town ended their run of three games without a win with a 4-1 victory away to Brighton & Hove Albion. Two goals in a minute from Hari Sabic, on her return from injury, gave the Somerset side the advantage at half time and, despite Regan Coleman pulling one back for Brighton, Kayleigh Sage scored a third for Keynsham and Sabic completed her hat-trick in the dying minutes.
