Wales under-19s take on Czech Republic, Germany and host nation Macedonia in the UEFA Under-19 Championships First Qualifying Round mini tournament next week.
Wales face a tough group which includes holders Germany, with only one team to qualify for the next mini tournament in April before the finals to be held in France next July.
The 18-player squad include nine players from Premier League side Cardiff City - Rhian Nokes, Amie Lea, Terri Beddows, Jodie O'Brien, Carla Parfitt, Lauren Townsend, Jordan Frayne, Laurie Harries and Natasha Harding.
17-year-old Cardiff-born player Jordan Frayne is included in the squad for the very first time and is a product of the Cardiff's junior development structure having joined the club at the age of eleven. This season Jordan has broken through into the first team, and was a member of the squad that travelled to Croatia for the UEFA club championships in August.
Club Secretary Karen Jones said: "Jordan typifies what the club is all about, bringing the youngsters through from a junior level into senior football. It is a testament to the youth system and the structure of the club that we can give young players this opportunity. We are always delighted when any of our players are recognised by their country at any level, but we are particularly pleased to have this many girls in the squad."
