 Women's Football News 8 Aug 2007
Arsenal begin the defence of the FA Tesco Premier League Cup with an away trip to fellow National Division side Cardiff City.
Last season's beaten finalists Leeds Utd have a tough trip to Liverpool in the other all-National Division tie whilst Everton play host to Barnet. Colchester Utd, Newquay and Rotherham Utd will all play their first ever Premier League Cup ties at home and there is a local derby between Aston Villa and Birmingham City.
Former Cup winners Fulham must start in the Preliminary Round, with a home tie against AFC Team Bath, and the opening round also sees an interesting clash between two ambitious sides, Millwall Lionesses and Lincoln City.
Preliminary Round (2nd September):
Fulham v AFC Team Bath
Millwall Lionesses v Lincoln City
Newcastle Utd v Sheffield Wednesday
Nottingham Forest v Sunderland
First Round (30th September):

Blackburn Rovers v Brighton & Hove Albion
Cardiff City v Arsenal
Colchester Utd v Tranmere Rovers
Crewe Alexandra v Chelsea
Doncaster Rovers Belles v Crystal Palace
Everton v Barnet
Liverpool v Leeds Utd
Newcastle Utd or Sheffield Wednesday v Bristol Academy
Newquay v Keynsham Town
Nottingham Forest or Sunderland v Charlton Athletic
Preston North End v Fulham or AFC Team Bath
Reading Royals v West Ham Utd
Rotherham Utd v Portsmouth
